Sat here for 30 minutes waiting on 3 personal pizzas. With only 2 people ahead of me. This location is beyond the worst location I’ve ever been to. Workers act like they’re too good to be there and don’t even care about customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Sweating bullets the entire wait making my kid absolutely miserable even though we placed the order online ahead of time.

I'll tell y'all something. When i first started ordering from this location they impressed me because the food was fresh, hot and on time. Over the last couple of months though, they have fallen off. Lately my orders have come up late, missing, my food was coming to me cold and missing items, they've sent me the wrong items, they'll send my food half complete. And you're probably wondering, then why go back and order from them? Well because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt of things just happening due to circumstance, but I am no longer feeling like this is the case, because today alone they've turned away 3 of my delivery drivers after my order being placed an hour ahead of my cancellation. And I work less than a minutes drive down the street. Now this message goes out to the corporate office. Someone there is not doing their job because I've been ordering from this location for awhile now and my experience with this particular location has gotten worse. I would not recommend this place any further unless the person(s) there learn how to conduct business in a professional manner.

I order 2 pizza but driver didn't came inside and canceled the order, jhoalvert didn't came inside, I had got 1 but didn't get the other pizza was cold also, first time this happened when the driver expect a person to come outside their job site to take a pizza

Ordered online, expected time was 12:20. Arrived on time was told five more minutes. After the five minute wait I see the employee take my order and put it in the warmer as if I was not sitting at the window waiting. I had to honk my horn to get his attention as he started waiting on customers in the lobby.

I placed an online order for delivery from the Pizza Hut at 941 Federal Rd in Houston, Texas 77015. I ordered two large three toppings pizzas with extra marinara sauce, two orders of wings (Sweet Chili and Lemon Pepper), and four 20 oz drinks. I received a call from the location advising me that they were out of both flavors of wings so I had to change the flavor to Garlic Parmesan and Honey BBQ. I asked if they had the rest of the order correct?...and even repeated the order, the young man said yes ma'am the order will be out for delivery right away. I received a text stating the door dash driver was close, but was having trouble locating my home. I called the driver three times and he did not answer the phone. I decided to wait outside. I saw a vehicle and yelled out. I walked to the car and asked the driver why he didn't answer the phone?... he said sorry sorry. I took my order inside, open the pizza boxes and instantly became upset. I spent $58 on dry pizza, and wings I didn't want. I called and spoke with Eduardo. I explained to him what happened, he acknowledged the issue and I asked to speak with the manager to request a refund. He stated the manager, "Lee" was not in and to call back tomorrow. I called back the next day to speak with Lee and Eduardo said she left at noon. I asked him if he told her about the issue? He said he forgot. I called the 800 number for Pizza Hut and was transferred over four times until the call dropped. Needless to say, I will NEVER order from any Pizza Hut again and I am going to tell everyone I know to stop ordering from Pizza Hut since this is the type of service they give their customers. It's sad that ordering from restaurants have come down to receiving poor quality food and no employee or manager cares enough to even call you back to right their wrong. Never again.

How low this place has fallen. The wing pretty good as always. But I came for the pizza.... "pizza hut". Was garbage! It was soooo dry. I didn't know I went next door to the popeyes and ordered a biscuit crust!!
