I placed an online order for delivery from the Pizza Hut at 941 Federal Rd in Houston, Texas 77015. I ordered two large three toppings pizzas with extra marinara sauce, two orders of wings (Sweet Chili and Lemon Pepper), and four 20 oz drinks. I received a call from the location advising me that they were out of both flavors of wings so I had to change the flavor to Garlic Parmesan and Honey BBQ. I asked if they had the rest of the order correct?...and even repeated the order, the young man said yes ma'am the order will be out for delivery right away. I received a text stating the door dash driver was close, but was having trouble locating my home. I called the driver three times and he did not answer the phone. I decided to wait outside. I saw a vehicle and yelled out. I walked to the car and asked the driver why he didn't answer the phone?... he said sorry sorry. I took my order inside, open the pizza boxes and instantly became upset. I spent $58 on dry pizza, and wings I didn't want. I called and spoke with Eduardo. I explained to him what happened, he acknowledged the issue and I asked to speak with the manager to request a refund. He stated the manager, "Lee" was not in and to call back tomorrow. I called back the next day to speak with Lee and Eduardo said she left at noon. I asked him if he told her about the issue? He said he forgot. I called the 800 number for Pizza Hut and was transferred over four times until the call dropped. Needless to say, I will NEVER order from any Pizza Hut again and I am going to tell everyone I know to stop ordering from Pizza Hut since this is the type of service they give their customers. It's sad that ordering from restaurants have come down to receiving poor quality food and no employee or manager cares enough to even call you back to right their wrong. Never again.

How low this place has fallen. The wing pretty good as always. But I came for the pizza.... "pizza hut". Was garbage! It was soooo dry. I didn't know I went next door to the popeyes and ordered a biscuit crust!!

I am very pleased with this location. The food never takes too long and is always freshly made. I ordered the bundle pasta and everything was good just was not enough sauce to me. Once I called them to tell them, they were so professional and understanding. They let me know they can remake it, I will just have to come back up there. Once I did the process was quick and easy with no hassle! I highly recommend this location THANK YOU!

I ordered a thin crust and it was the most disgusting pizza I have ever tasted the pizza had no sauce it was Hella dry and the brownies have no flavor I am so disappointed first time in a long time and now it will be my last time

Ordered delivery. The picture should be enough explanation. Tossed around pizza to it being barely warm. Called and told them we wanted a remake, which they did say they'd remake it but to return the pizza to the driver for the new one. Spoke to the manager and she made no offers to compensate not only this horribly delivered pizza but also to have to wait for the new one a whole other 30-45 minutes for it.
