When I called to ask them about an order I had on uber eats they had waited till my delivery person got there to started cooking and when I asked about that they hung up the minute I mentioned the order I was nice diligent about it but I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I waited over an hour for a pick up order that I made through the app. The general manager announced more than once to the full lobby of people that he just arrived to this location last week and all of his workers were new and being trained. A few workers, including the manager, were also not wearing a hat or hairnet while handling food. The phone rang many times while I was there and they didn’t answer it (but that was probably a good thing since they couldn’t handle the orders they were getting anyway). Thankfully, they did get my order correct (not the case I observed for a couple of others). The pizza was okay, but the wings weren’t that great.

As a chef, this place is a joke. How you not put pepperoni on the pizza and called this a large pizza, then forgot 2 items. The kicker is, they're too chickenshit to answer the phone. I called last night and this morning. $50 down the drain!

What was supposed to be delivery never was delivered so I ended up having to drive up there just find out doordash never took my order to my home. Didn't realize Pizza Hut was using doordash or else i would have just picked it up.

Made an order for my family at 9pm This location closes at 10pm made the order with DoorDash. My DoorDash driver notified me that the store canceled my order. The Google number does not work. It is a “ Call center number” they supposedly transfer you to the actual store and they never pick up. I’m beyond pissed off. I just needed a quick dinner.

We ordered online and they STOLE our pizza! Our pizza was never delivered, but the notification was delivered. Which means someone on their staff, or whoever the Door Dash driver, handed the pizza to wrong place or took our pizza home.
This location needs to be shut down, permanently! My family just recently made an online order to be delivered from here, but we never received or pizza! This location doesn't have drivers employed with their business, so they use the Door Dash delivery service. We got a notification that our order was ready and being delivered by Door Dash driver by the name of Ahbasi. We then got a notification from Pizza Hut that the Door Dash driver, Ahbasi, handed our order to us, but we never got a knock on our door from anyone. We thought Ahbasi probably left it at our front door, but we didn't see any pizza boxes. We called this location multiple times, but they just transferred us to a call center and we kept getting the run-around. We also called the driver, Ahbasi, but he never answered the phone when we called. We assume our order was given to another apartment or the driver just kept it and at ate it. If anyone ever orders a pizza from this location, just got pick it up yourself. DON'T EVER HAVE THEM DELIVER IT TO YOU!!!

Maybe don't go through the drive through if you want the food you ordered through the app. I ordered boneless Buffalo wings, got 6 bone in with a different sauce instead. For the price pizza hut charges now a days I'd like what I order, food was tasty anyway.

If I could rate this Pizza Hut a negative number I would. They have the worse service ever. My order was supposed to be delivered at 6:50pm I called at 7:20pm to check the status of my order. I was transfer about 15 times and that’s not me exaggerating I really wish it was. Anyways I was transferred with no end result. I still don’t have my pizza. It’s now 8:12pm now they told me the order has been cancelled. Transferred me again for a refund but of course that person couldn’t not process a refund so they transferred me again. At this point Pizza Hut keep the $20 I really hope it goes towards better training. This was the worse experience ordering pizza ever. Thank you Pizza Hut for wasting my time and money,
