I had horrible experience with pizza hut on Uvalde. Place order I guess it was the call center that took it, they told me ready in 15 minutes but when my friend went to go get the order, there is no order and no wings to even sell to me, he was told. I called the store because I wanted to talk to the manager find out why i could place and order give my credit card information to a person, then there is no order, and we made trip to go pick it up. I called the stores number to talk to manager. My friend told the girl at counter I was calling, the phone was ringing in the store, and he told her the phone is ringing, she knew I would be calling because he told her but she said they don't answer the phone. So I told my friend tell her I want a manager to call me back, we'll never received a call back. I will never go there again!!!

Placed my order online at 5:45pm, the pick up time was 7:41pm, which was crazy enough but upon arrival the pizza was cold!!!! Cheese was hard, the box was only warm from being in their warmer!! I remember why no one eats there anymore!!!

I will never purchase from Pizza Hut ever again specially from this location I ordered two large pizzas and Cinnabon for my children and my order was completely wrong. Called management to try to fix my order. Manager was very rude and stated that he couldn’t fix my order because he did not have a delivery driver I asked for a refund and never got my refund and stated that I had to call tomorrow morning to get my order. This is ridiculous. Don’t ever order from this place. The worst customer service wasn’t able to get the food or my refund. I’m a person that never complains but the way I was treated was horrible. I will also make a video blasting this location for the way I was treated so no one will go to this location ever again

I had a fantastic experience at this pizza hut! The cashier by the name of Jared was incredibly friendly and made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. The service was prompt, and my pizza was delicious. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving great pizza and excellent customer service!
