Placed my order online at 5:45pm, the pick up time was 7:41pm, which was crazy enough but upon arrival the pizza was cold!!!! Cheese was hard, the box was only warm from being in their warmer!! I remember why no one eats there anymore!!!

I will never purchase from Pizza Hut ever again specially from this location I ordered two large pizzas and Cinnabon for my children and my order was completely wrong. Called management to try to fix my order. Manager was very rude and stated that he couldn’t fix my order because he did not have a delivery driver I asked for a refund and never got my refund and stated that I had to call tomorrow morning to get my order. This is ridiculous. Don’t ever order from this place. The worst customer service wasn’t able to get the food or my refund. I’m a person that never complains but the way I was treated was horrible. I will also make a video blasting this location for the way I was treated so no one will go to this location ever again

This place used to be pretty good. Last couple time I’ve ordered from them the pizza is undercooked and they skimp out when I pay for double and extra toppings.

Just tried to order a large order about 2 hrs. before they close and was told they cant make the pizzas. This is the second time is has happened , are these people in the business to fulfill orders and make money?

I had a fantastic experience at this pizza hut! The cashier by the name of Jared was incredibly friendly and made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. The service was prompt, and my pizza was delicious. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving great pizza and excellent customer service!
