Pizza hut on Tidwell and Mesa Road some of there staff is unprofessional and rude. I called and talk to a manager and his attitude is very nonchalant. I ask him for his name and he said King David. I told him the problem and he told me I needed to call and talk to the call center he has nothing to do with that and I need to make a complaint with them. These people has no customer service skills. That says a lot about Pizza Hut and the people they hire.

I left my phone overnight on accident and when I went to try to get it they were acting like it wasn’t there and they didn’t know anything about it, I asked if they could call the night manager, if they could check the cameras, if they could call someone who had access to the cameras, etc and the girl up there on May 8th 2025 at 10am who was a “manager” was just making up any excuse to not give me my phone back. It wasn’t until I was talking about the find my iPhone alert I set up once it was powered on and the police report I was going to file that she gave it back.

You can skip this store i place an order for 3 pizzas and one of the pizza had a hair on it , employee had an attitude order took 30 minutes and in the app say it was ready .

It should not have taken me over an hour to get my food. Every time I would check the delivery time it would have changed. It would go from 5 minutes to 10 minutes, then back to 15 minutes. When I called the store the guy said, she will be there in 3 minutes. I think the lady had just left the store about 5 minutes before I called. I spent a little over $50 for one pizza and some wings. I would like a partial refund, but I know that's not going to happen.

Ordered online by mobile app. Never got my food but they got their money no return calls from anyone but I was told I would get a call. Called the store no answer 4 times. Be careful ordering from this location they will steal your money and you won't get your food. Bad business pizza hut so disappointed

Ordered a pizza and after it was already made, the delivery guy calls me and says I’m out of the area. I spoke to the manager, Maria, who was unapologetic and rude. I asked to cancel The order and I have yet to receive a cancellation email. Atrocious treatment of customers will get you know where.

I walked into the store to pick up my order the male manager on duty was rude to the first customer; which made the environment of the store uneasy. I picked up my order no issues. I get home my pizza is burnt, I called the store to get my pizza remade THE MANAGER SAID HE KNEW IT JUST LOOKS LIKE THAT BUT IT SHOULD NOT TASTE BURNT. ALTHOUGH HE DID NOT PAY FOR THE PIZZA OR TASTE THE PIZZA. HE BASICALLY SAID HE WAS RIGHT, THE CUSTOMER (Me) is VERY WRONG. HE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO BRING HIM THE PIZZA BACK INTO THE RESTAURANT ALTHOUGH ITS FLU SEASON AND COVID -19 he wouldn’t remake my pizza although I was very dissatisfied. I had to travel all the way back to the restaurant 1st to get my pizza remade, give him back the pizza, then wait for it. TOLD ME THEY WERE BUSY. OVERALL IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT PIZZA HUT.
Ordered my food at 7:25pm made contact with the store around 8:20 to see why haven’t received my delivery. Just for them to tell me they have no driver and door dash will not accept the order; like that’s my problem then when I do speak to the manger he tells me I would have to come inside to pick it up! So I asked him will what am I getting for having to come out of my way for a ordered that should’ve have been delivered 30-40 minutes ago; he says nothing sir it’s not Pizza Hut problem but again no one made contact n notified me they had no drivers.Shity customer service then get to the store n food is cold so had to remake that’s another 25 minutes waisted and couldn’t even add a large drink are small dessert for the inconvenience! Manger name on shift was David very sloppy manners acted as if he didn’t give a dam what so ever needs to be fired if it was my business! P.S. that’s the manger and the franchise name that runs this Pizza Hut and he was trying to tell me the food just came out In that picture!😂

The service I was provided by this Pizza Hut representative said his name was King David No customer service at all. I’ve never had such poor service. I told him the pizza was burned he argues and say it the cheese. The pizza looked disgusting and dry. I will never spend money at this location again. He said Eva is his manager if this is the training she’s providing because he was a horrible representation of Pizza Hut. Rude . I asked for a refund he said it would be five business days therefore I can’t take my money elsewhere somewhere that my money is appreciated and the service I expected and the food to look at and taste like the money I spent. Very disappointed and dissatisfied

Not a happy camper , ordered at 7:30 July 9,2024 and at 8:30 pm started getting text saying pizza will be delivered in 5 minutes ! 10:30pm my order still hasn't came to my house DOOR DASH smoked up my food I guess , please help me out store manager !!!
