Ordered on the app.. and No problems... pulled up to Pizza hut on Mesa and Tidwell.. Was Greeted so Friendly.. paid and my order was handed to me. No wait time. Clean restaurant and Amazing Employees
With all the negative reviews, I took the chance because I just so happened to be working outside the area of the restaurant and and first glance the food was appetizing. And the food tasted really good the staff that was there was a little Mexican lady. She was nice. This is around, noon, had no problems. No issues with ordering online and order came out on time. Nothing bad to say about my experience there

I just ordered and pizza is half cooked and bread crust is bland.. no flavor at all... I normally like the pizzas from pizza Hut but this experience today was not very good at all... And I had been waiting pizza and was very disappointed.. Not to mention 30 dollars for 2 MEDIUMS SMH .. To bad huh

Pizza hut on Tidwell and Mesa Road some of there staff is unprofessional and rude. I called and talk to a manager and his attitude is very nonchalant. I ask him for his name and he said King David. I told him the problem and he told me I needed to call and talk to the call center he has nothing to do with that and I need to make a complaint with them. These people has no customer service skills. That says a lot about Pizza Hut and the people they hire.

Customer service is poor and I didn’t get my food in one setting also had to wait 45 min ate my food and had to remind them they didn’t give me my cinnamon sticks
