I ordered and made the mistake of doing carry out instead of delivery at 8:45pm and I called to let them know that I wanted delivery instead of carry out I tip and all to know it was carry out so I called in and they said that they would have to cancel the order and replace the order and never cancelled my payment by the way and I noticed it was getting later in the evening when I checked online it said that my order would be ready at 9:10 it turned out to be 10:00 when I checked the time I decided to go and drive up there to only find out that my order was doubled placed so they told me that I would be getting a refund and as of today I still don’t have my refund it’s crazy that I was charged double and still haven’t received my money back smh never will I order from here again in life

I was 30 minutes late picking up my order because I got off later than expected. I didn't think anyone would be there. The lady was still so kind after hours with bringing out my order even after closing. Caught her just in time before locking up. Thank you so much!
It seems to be nothing for them to botch your order and not wanna acknowledge it.... I don't eat pork but on this occasion they sent me a folded pizza with pepperoni n sausage(all pork) wit no way of relating their mistake bc I used Uber eats to order.... A crying mess over there

I ordered 2 pizzas and wings online. I received a confirmation that the pizza will be there at 8:10 p.m. At 8:30 I called to check on the status of my order. They hung up on me. 1hr later I called again. The guy told me it was unacceptable and that he couldn't get in touch with the store either. He stated that he left the General Manager an email and they were going to contact me. My pizza was finally delivered after 11:00 p.m. It was cold and gross. I never had no problems with pizza hut on Mesa and tidwell until yesterday September 2, 2023. Customer service was bad and very behind on other customers pizza and messed all over minds and refused to remake it. He claimed he remade it but looked like the same pizza that had the cheese and toppings sliding off the dough. It looked more like they tried to smear it in place. Very horrible and rude and push the 2 boxes to me and said he's not doing nothing. You can take and go or just leave
Customer service is key I spoke to the manger tonight August 20th at 10:05 pm about cheese n Pepper I explain to him on line I did not see the option to pay he suggested I get my money back and he charge me for the $1 items even though I paid all ready so I said will I did not kno u u charge n honestly I did not see them on line why would u do all that n stead of Customer service the manager hung up n my face I call the hot line explain to them n they agreed he said it wrong so they assume they were transferring me to some one else say guy ? I explained calm n said have a good day smh

It’s AMAZING to me how restaurants don’t understand without customers they wouldn’t have a restaurantI was fixing to order a Pizza from Pizza Hut on Tidwell but with the numerous bad reviews I will spend my money @ a place that cares about customer service & their customers
