I placed an order online 30 minutes prior to picking up 2 personal pan pizzas. When I arrived there was no one tending the counter. I waited five minutes and no one walked up. I could see two employees in the back and called out several times but was ignored. It wasn't until another customer walked in that someone walked up to the front. I had waited over 10 minutes by then. If it wasn't for the fact that I had payed before hand AND added a tip, I would have left and gone to the pizza hut on northpark.

Came in to order, and there was nobody in the front, I heard people talking and laughing. Fist time here, and more than likely, my last time, I wondered why the place was so empty now I can see why.

Ordered pizza, mozzarella sticks, and breadsticks here. The cashier was very friendly and helpful, and the food was finished in the exact time he said it would. It was also very good. I would definitely recommend!

Still horrible service. Been 45 minutes and the order is still in the oven. I really hope that it isn’t burnt when/if it gets here.

Ordered a large pepperoni by phone. The order was correct, and the delivery was made in a timely manner. There were plenty of pepperoni's, but the cheese was skimpy, and I think the tomato sauce was applied with a spray bottle. I have never taken a slice of hot fresh pizza without strings of gooey cheese stretching from the pie...until now. It was about $32 with tax and tip. Not worth it.

The only place that has zero customer service in the area. " TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT" $ 18.99 plus tax, large pizza! All stores, Domino's, $ 7.99 Marco's , $ 8.99 Better pizzas! Great customer service. Will never go back.

It's been awhile since I ordered from this Pizza Hut, because their service sucks and they don't follow instructions well. Thought I'd give it another try and should've let sleeping dogs lie. I was really hoping this pizza hut made some improvements because they are closer, however the experience is worse. I ordered the dinner box meat lovers and substituted the sausage for chicken however my pizza have sausage on it. I checked the receipt just to make sure I did request the change and yes 1 Itl Sausage plain as day. What did it for me is the rudeness and lack of customer service of the delivery driver. If you hate your job please quit.
