Ordered two Large Pizza with 3 toppings and did not receive what was purchased online. Phone number to call for problems with orders will not be picked up or hung up. Bad experience.

Horrible service they lost our order after 2 hr. And they say the district manager is the only one who can refund! This is BS
Update: apparently they lose orders a lot and don’t answer phone. Be prepared for a 2-3 hour wait for you pizza as it gets cold and not fresh. LOOK AT THE Reviews! And they always seem to lack Employees as that’s the common excuse they give me which is sad! Corporate needs to evaluate this store and the owner as it is not on par with the standards of Pizza Hut!

We traveled from West Plains just to eat some Pizza Hut and the food was super tasty! Our waitress, Savanna who looked like she was having a rough day, was amazing! She took the best care of us! Everyone else seemed super grumpy, including who i assumed was the store manager. Store should be staffed with Savanna's and less grumps. Would travel again, just to see our waitress.

Got a pan ham and pineapple should’ve been normal hand tossed, and all the food was cold. The Pepsi was the best part. Called the store no one answered, called customer service said the manager would call back never did. Driver told me he would have the manager call me as well and never did. Choose another Pizza Hut location when ordering from Pizza Hut. Still waiting on a refund or call back from customer service team. Terrible experience.

Ordered at 7:33, received email stating that at 8:03 pm the pizza be right over. Online tracking stated between 8:03-8:08. Called the store at 8:25 and was told it’d be between 10-15 more minutes. At 8:29 online tracking stated order dropped off (this wasn’t the case).
Called the store again and after a couple of try’s I was told I couldn’t be refunded because in your system the order was completed. Interesting how an order can be completed when there’s no delivery. Also worth noting how a customer can’t be refunded allegedly because your system didn’t allow it (not the customer’s fault that you can’t deliver what you promised)

Horrible customer service. The African American male that was working January 1st saw us driving in while letting another employee out the building, and then proceeded to run to the back for a few minutes while we were left to drive around and pull on locked doors. Once he seen we were not leaving, he came out with an attitude swinging his arms, telling us he couldn’t make us anything we tried to order. We came to order pizza, not excuses. He slammed the window shut. I work with a lot of food review crews. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! homeless all around too. It was a ridiculous experience.

Ordered their new tavern style pizza and a deep dish pizza. The tavern style pizza showed up as a regular thin crust pizza missing a topping. The deep dish arrived as a hand tossed crust. Maybe it's a pizza hut promotional scam to sell more thin crust? Very disappointed in a childhood favorite pizza establishment. I tried calling and was on hold for 15 minutes while my dinner got cold. I recommend if you do not need delivery get your pizza from Zalat way better and no issues. Shame on the big box for taking advantage of their customers looking for convenience and quality from a well established chain. The order was delivered from door dash for some reason this store contracts their delivery out to a separate party. Now the 6$ delivery fee makes sense. As long as I live in midtown I will never order pizza hut again. Papa Johns is just as close. Beware midtown residents and speak with your wallet. Too many good establishments have gone bankrupt and left us with this garbage that is pizza hut.
After researching other reviews this pizza hut should be shutdown and boycotted. Lol. Its laughable how historically bad this location is. Shut it down and bring back my beloved pizza love location. If I get enough support I would love to join my fellow midtown residents in a protest outside this store to promote change and make a statement that midtown will not except this level of failure from a big chain store while watching our local favourites continue to struggle while this chain has consistently disappointed our community.

Kenisha (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was soooo sweet, friendly and fast! She was very knowledgeable and delivered such exceptional customer service during my pickup visit. Thank you for the great experience with Pizza Hut! I’ll definitely be back!

I made my order at 6:20PM on a Tuesday night (can’t imagine ordering on a weekend).
The eta for delivery was 6:50PM.
It is now 8:50PM. Pizza has still not arrived.
My food has now been in a delivery car for TWO hours. I have no idea what time it is going to come… they offered a measly 5$ for the inconvenience lol. I am sure my food will be COLD by the time it arrives. The store will not answer your phone calls unless you try to order food.

This store repeatedly “forgets” part of your order, and takes over an hour past the promised delivery time to arrive. The portion of the order that does arrive is not hot and fresh. They also never answer their phone and when calling you are redirected to the “national line”, who are unable to assist with ANY problems about your order. When food isn’t delivered, they offer to send it, but who wants something 2 hours after it’s been ordered? NO REFUND is ever offered, only “store credit” that does not show up in your account. The Pizza Hut app is inaccurate, and you receive false promises of delivery time. This is the 2nd time I’ve tried to explain these issues to “national managers”, but they have “no control over the app”. How do you allow an app with your name and company logo that you “can’t control”. Other Pizza Huts do not have this issue repeatedly; very disappointing.

Ordered on the app. Said out for delivery and didn’t arrive until almost an hour later, food was barely room temp/cold. I’m maybe 5 minutes from the store so no reason it took that long to deliver

Delivery drivers: Came in to pick up and order and no one came to the counter. Delivery drivers paid by gig don't get paid to wait.
