Came here late in the evening. Had an order for pickup that wasn’t prepared quite yet. There was a little delay, and Mr. Darrell apologized and provided exceptional service, in ensuring that my order was made in a timely and accurate fashion. It’s good to know that some restaurants out here still provide great customer service.

I ordered my pizza online. I arrived a little early and still had to wait when my pizza was ready. This caused my pizza to be cold and I had to warm it up in the oven. This is the 2nd time in two weeks that my pizza was not what it was supposed to be! This time it looked like only one person was working in there . Not sure if that was the reason but I’m just guessing! Not happy with the wait and how my pizza came out! Maybe I need to visit another one smh

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I knew better than to order another pizza from here because it’s never made right and I’m always having to wait for them to fix it. Tonight I was told that the pizza was made incorrectly twice before I finally got a pizza. After waiting an extra 20 minutes I get home and the pizza is still made incorrectly. I tried calling and couldn’t even speak to anyone before a man answered the phone and put me on hold and while on hold, I could still hear all of their conversations and hear the phone continuing to ring and then I got hung up on. I called several more times and the same thing kept happening where I just got put on hold without somebody even trying to ask what the problem was or what I needed. Awful customer service. Save your money and either get pizza from a different company or a different location. I wouldn’t spend a single cent here anymore.

The Old African Guy is physically so slow. He is very polite and nice and calm. But he sold me a stuff crust pizza when there is none in the store. I always have problems at this Pizza Hut. Took an hour to get my incorrectly made pizza. I couldn’t get a refund.

I called in an order for a half meatlovers half Supreme. When the order got to me it was all jumbled on top of each other. I have never seen an order look like this. I tried calling but ended up going up there to report it. The guy BJ said he would contact Door Dash and asked to replace it. I said ok. He said it would take 10 minutes but I sat there for 15 to 20 minutes. When he finally came to give me my order he said there was an error on the large pizza he made it a Supreme. So he gave me a medium pepperoni. I told him I asked for meat lovers which is what I usually ordered. He said I didn't say that which was a ball face lie. Besides he could have looked at the original ordered. So, he asked for the pizzas back and had nerves to say I was disrespectful when as a 66 year old woman it was clearly him. This location never have good customer service. He didn't give me my money back. He said he had to wait until he closed. This is West Bellfort and South Gessner. Wasted my time, gas and money. My rating is a 0 for everything. I am having problems posting the pictures but I have them

I requested a delivery of six pizzas for a meeting at my business, and they never arrived. The customer service is terrible!! When I called them to ask for my order, they kept me waiting in line for over 20 minutes, and they didn't resolve my issue. I didn't received anything!!! Bad place, bad service, bad staff.
