If I could put 0 stars for this store I will. They send us a wrong order: we ordered and paid for pizza with 2 toppings, they send only one, and they didn’t send the side fries that we already pay for it. When I called them they said call door dash. This is not acceptable because we order and pay directly on their website. Will never order from Pizza Hut again.

Thin they wonder why they are steady losing business. The online is not working properly at all and you can't use their coupons at all. Nobody knows what to do. They transfer you all over the place and you steady get the run around with them . They have officially lost me as a customer. I just ordered from a no name pizza place and got better service from them. I now see why this location is always empty now after being a customer for over 25plus years because of the service. To make matters worse you can't even talk to someone to make a complaint at all. If the system would would let me I would leave a negative review. A 1is to good to be leaving them after I told them I just got out the hospital and trying to order food for my kids. What happened to customers service.
I ordered a pizza for delivery and it was burnt. Simply un-etable. I called to let them know and the "boy" yes I'm calling him a boy was rude AF...all I said was "the pizza that just delivered is burnt, so I'm bringing ginger it back". This kid had the nerve to say "Don't take an attitude" unreal! I didn't even have attitude in my voice, and if I did I be justified bcuz no wY they should have given that pizza to anyone. It should have been thrown away. When I arrived to give the burnt pizza back he had the nerve to laugh! I swear the West Belfort & Gessner Pizza Hut has got to be the WORST!

Ordered through DoorDash, everything was okay except I ordered cinnamon sticks but they gave me cheese sticks unfortunately. I called and they did say they will give me the cinnamon sticks but this is very unfortunate that they did get the two mixed up as I could not come and pick the cinnamon sticks up right away.
There is a guy who comes to the drive up window and has a horrible attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME. Never fails. Why work here and your attitude is so nasty! It’s ridiculous. Last time I ordered a pizza he forgot to give me my drink he snatched the receipt out of my hand and reluctantly handed it over. No I’m sorry nothing. There is another younger guy he may be the manager he is super nice every time, but the other guy needs to GO
Customer service was horrible no one was at the window, they didn’t respond after I blew the horn several times. Didn’t answer the phone when I tried calling almost like they wanted me to leave so they didn’t have to do any work, ordered food online said it was ready when I got there the food still wasnt ready and the guy who came to the window had a bad attitude I’m never coming back again

The pizza was good until I seen a hair baked into my food !!!! That threw me all the way off . Then I called them to ask what is the policy or what can be done , the guy says that I need to have the whole pizza/pie in order to get a new one , like that doesn’t make any sense. I didn’t want a new one , so y’all can bake hair into it too !! But God Bless there hearts , I just know I won’t be going to this Pizza Hut on this location anymore !
