Don't order this place we order or pizza and pasta online, and my wife's screenshot the order number send it to me and text to showed them .. when I showed up no pizza no pasta saying no order was posted and I have prof we order online ... this people are lazy dont want to work..is best for yall shut this place down ..

Pulled into drivethru as the first car and sat at the window at 10:50pm for 5 min and no one came. So i decided to park and go in. Of course, i discover the doors are locked, i knock on the door and the worker points to the drivethru. By that time two other cars had pulled in behind me and he’s now serving them instead. I asked the lady in her car if i could please ask him for my pizza since I lost my place in line. The worker did bring me my pizza but didnt say a word. They need to hire more ppl on staff i think and start from scratch with management/hiring if they want to save this location. 10886 Beechnut st, houston tx.

I ordered to go ahead of time, and my app said it was ready when I got there. But it wasn't. The guy at the window asked me to wait 2 or 3 times, resulting in about a 10 minute additional wait. But the food was good.

Josue was awesome it was late at night he had my pizza prepared HOT, FRESH & ON-TIME (15 minutes) & the service was awesome..... if you need a pizza and want all of the above go see JOSUE @ the Pizza Hut on Beechnut & Wilcrest, he will take care of you, I promise!

This the only pizza hut that give homeless free pizza and don't have respect for the property after then done eating the pizza they throw the boxes on ground in front of other business that's in the same parking lot as Pizza Hut I don't understand and it's getting ridiculous please stop feeding the homeless
