I visited the Pizza Hut at 10886 Beechnut St, Houston, with high hopes for a meaty treat. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple takeout experience at a trusted chain turned sour quickly. Upon arriving home, I discovered a long hair nestled among the toppings of my large Meat Lover's pizza — a sight that instantly killed my appetite.I promptly returned to the store, eager for a resolution, expecting perhaps an apology or an offer of a remake. But the encounter with the managerial staff, specifically the Hispanic lady manager, left much to be desired. She dismissed my complaint with quick assumptions that the hair wasn't from their staff, insinuating instead it could be mine — despite the clear visual difference.The unprofessional response was only compounded by the current roadway construction chaos, which I had braved twice; once for pickup and again to address this unsavory issue. I wasted time, gas, and patience, hoping for nothing more than common courtesy and customer service fundamentals: acknowledge the problem and offer a solution.Instead, I was met with denial and a failure to acknowledge a simple truth in food service: the customer's concern should be taken seriously. To my dismay, I observed that none of the workers were wearing hairnets, which raises concerns about hygiene standards at this location. What I encountered was not only a failure in food safety but also a stark lack of customer service acumen. Refusal to take responsibility for the issue added insult to injury and left me feeling disrespected as a customer.No customer should have to defend their integrity over a piece of hair. No resolution was offered. This lack of basic hospitality and responsibility from the staff at this location is appalling.They dropped the ball, and sadly, I left not only with a ruined meal but also a sour taste about Pizza Hut's customer service standards. Buyer beware — your experience with a pizza could quickly become unappetizing, with your concerns dismissed as easily as crumbs off a table.In conclusion, between the disturbing find on my pizza and the dismissive conduct of the management, my experience at this Pizza Hut location was deeply upsetting. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this establishment, as my visit signaled a significant disregard for customer satisfaction and food hygiene standards

My go to place (Papa Johns) just kept F__ing up my order and the pizzas kept getting worse, so I decided to give this place a shot.Ordered 2 mediums w/ Pepsi.They were OK, but considering the prices for everything Everywhere, families need to start asking for more and demanding it. When drive thru & pickup cost only a few dollars less than a sit down meal we deserve better for our $$$.My order could have had more pepperoni and sauce on the first pizza, and for the second, we stopped eating it because the ham didn't taste right, and we didn't wish to chance food poisoning. (Which didn't happen) just didn't taste good.For the price, and over all experience, I will most likely order from another place next time.

Good morning, I am a customer of many years and for 1 month I had an order that was not made as I wanted because there was no service in Spanish and a week ago I called again to make another order the very rude employees said that no one there spoke Spanish to be able to make it. I dialed my order more than 3 times and every time they cut off my call because they didn't answer in Spanish. I have never had bad service before, I have been a customer for years.

It was horrible service. The"manager Leticia " if that is her name was rude. She handmade food out the window took it back from that customer and then tries to give it to me. Then she tried to argue that it was ok cause they didn't open it. Horrible experience and then I couldn't get a refund cause she refused

I ordered online & when I checked it before leaving the location my order was made incorrectly with the wrong toppings. I made them aware of the issue & had to wait for them to remake the pizza. You would think it would be correct the second time...nope, still remade incorrectly so I had to wait again & have it remade a third time. Finally, on the third time it was correct. The lady at the front counter apologized for the cook's mistake & even gave us a complimentary 2 liter for the inconvenience.

I ordered for pick up about a month ago and came straight to the store and they told me that I was there too soon so I ended up waiting about 30 minutes. That was fine I waited. Today i ordered at 3:45 so i could pick it up by 4:30. They made me wait 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me and that’s only because I called the phone number and they transferred me to the store. The lady finally comes out from the back and answers the phone that is when i tell her i been waiting she then hung the phone yo walked away and then went and brought the pizza all with an attitude. I’m not going to order from this location again.
