I placed my order at this Pizza Hut because it was close to where I was going; I did it with time because I couldn't wait; when I arrived, I waited about 5 minutes for my order, which was curbside; I couldn't wait that long so I decided to go into the store!! They didn't have anyone in front of them. I waited around 5 minutes when a young woman came out. I asked her for my order, which she looked for and brought to me. I asked her. It was the pizza that I ordered with cheese on the shores. She opened the box, and it wasn't there; she asked the guy who had prepared it and asked him about it. He answered that he didn't have time to read the comments that we added to the orders because he was very busy and that for that type of pizza, my request couldn't be added, to which I told them I thought they could call me and tell me if I wanted to change my order. He started arguing with me. Honestly, this place seemed like the worst place to order food. Given a star, it's too much for the place.

The first order was 11/6/2024 and I ordered with a delivery estimate of 7pm. I ALMOST got all of my order.. the wings were missing. After 7 total calls between the store and customer service, we get the LUKEWARM wings at 10:15pm. The person claiming to be the manager got an attitude with me and proceeded to blame EVERYTHING on the staff, excluding herself. The only thing customer service was even willing to do was assign a credit to my profile for the wings and 3 extra sauces I paid for. Fast forward to tonight 11/16/2024, and I get my pizza that’s folded in on itself and doesn’t contain the EXTRA pepperoni or mushrooms that I ordered. The wings looked like they were taken out of the oil too fast and made the sauce completely runny that it was dripping EVERYWHERE! Their service, product and staff have taken a nose dive straight into the abyss. We would rather forfeit our THOUSANDS of points than EVER order from there again. Grow up management and accept responsibility for your actions and the actions of your employees! This is absolutely appalling! If I could give ZEROS across the board, I would. You definitely don’t deserve the one.

A relative I was visiting today, Thursday, June 20th, 2024 ordered a large hand tossed pan pizza. The crust was not cooked through. It was uncooked dough on top, underneath large cuts of onions and dried mushrooms, few pepperoni, little very little sauce, and ( easy on the cheese) almost no cheese. (spots of cheese) We reordered another pizza; asking for thin crust this time, more cheese, and sauce. Instead we were delivered a burned thin crusted dry (everything on it as requested) pizza. It was as if they purposely ruined the pizza, or they served us a heated leftover previously cooked pizza. Maybe that was a retaliation because of our respectful complaint regarding the first $28.00 pizza. Or Perhaps the cook was having a bad day. However, the door dash delivery drivers were pleasant and business like. Kudos to them.

The pizza its great, medium taste. The service its super bad and plus they be cursing alot. They usually scream to each other and theres a guy who takes orders that has anger issues, so you might wanna take him to a therapy. They handed me my wings all mashed up.
