The quality of ingredients is bad old/ burnt crust which makes the pizza tastes bad and there is hardly any cheese on the pizza mostly like this a decision of upper management or owners giving you less to save money. So if you're expecting something like the picture they presented in their ads you will be disappointed. This place has more one star reviews that you will lose count, the owner seems not to care as customers are telling them what they are doing wrong but choose to ignore them. Every year at least once I give them a try to see if they are improved which turns out to be a disappointment . I love their cheese blend but is not worth time and money to visit this location. I rather continue to go to Little Caesars Sugarland and hwy 6 to receive delicious pizza. Note to owner you will countinue loose customers if the pizza quality is bad Im not looking for a refund I'm looking to have a great quality of pizza in our area. Make this happen let's make this one stars to 5 stars by improving the pizza remember we vote with our money.

Best $2 Tuesday Deal special that money did buy for sho!!! The cashier was very knowledgeable friendly and openly engaging in assisting us in getting this tasty deal on a budget. It only took about 10 mins while we sat in our ride and they were so cheesey gooey and just right for us. However, the one thing we didn't like was the fact that the pizza maker or preparer truly needs to spray or oil down the aluminum pans the personal pizzas were baked in because trying to grab or separate a single slice was stuck and extremely difficult and we had to wait a few moments to do so in order not to be burned..and another thing...perhaps next time everyone should request to have them placed in boxes.....🚫 NOT THE PAN like here in the pictures and yass the pizzas were fantastic 🤩😊

Just homeskimda pissed that if the order is wrong you have to go through fort knox for a reimbursement for 2 mushrooms. Are people really creating scams when it comes to pizza toppings? I ordered mushrooms and extra mushrooms, came with none. No pizza hut answers a phone anymore. Plus corporate eill cost you 3 hours of your “free” time. Anyone on the app wants your tax records, three forms of identification and a co-signer before they will believe you ever ate at pizza hut. It’s insulting and I don’t like you anymore. Over mushrooms, really??? Damn. Thats what pozza hut believes their customers are I guess. We give them money, but we are somehow thieves.

It took over forty-five minutes to get my pizza and not only that, by the time I got it: both of my pizzas were lukewarm, no one ring the doorbell, and slice is missing from one of my pizzas.
I thought I was ordering from a Pizza Hut and not one of the worst ones. I just tried to call to complain but no one is picking up the phone and I know they are open in the morning.

Horrible service I ordered a pizza at 9pm and when I received the pizza it was cold so I called back to get it replaced so they told me it was on the way and it never came I didn't get my pizza until the next day 7pm I will not be ordering from there again.
