This place is trash all the way down to the customer service, they messed up my order when I called to let them know and ask that my order be remade the cashier and cook were rude and ignorant. So Informed them I would be pulling up to the store to return the food and I wanted a refund the cook tried to get disrespectful, and there was no regard for my request to settle the issue immediately by just giving me a refund as I was returning the food. The cook wanted to be further express her ignorance by taking out her phone and mocking and recording me so in turn did the same and started to call the pizza hut corporate office that's when she decided to remake my food as they were remaking it, I witnessed the cook spit on my food and to be extra petty they saturated my pizza in barbeque sauce. I noticed the cooks DID NOT HAVE ON GLOVES OR HAIR NETS, GNAT'S FLYING and crawling ALL OVER the front counter and rat dropping behind the counter when I requested a refund because I noticed these indiscretions I requested another refund but they refused so I took pictures of the pizza reported it corporate and threw the pizza away.

Some of my sauces were missing I gave the driver clear directions and drove pass me 4 times when he stopped he couldn’t get out his car slung the bag with my order food around the car and had attitude when I said something I called the Pizza Hut said the couldn’t deliver my sauces they don’t deliver to my apartment after 530 it was almost 8 o’clock when they dropped my order off

No one at the store!!!!! Who ever was working on July 19 night shift was somewhere else that me and another customer was screaming cause one came on front to help us get our order! And after 10 minutes he came and with an attitude! Don’t come here at night!

We just order our pizza and wings so annoying we order hot wings and got BBQ!!! Also the pizza bites are a nice creation but add more cheese damn bites have more dough!!!! This place sucks!!!!! If you try calling them they dont answer so practically you ate screwed 🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡

I knew it was a reason I stopped ordering food from this specific location. The food quality is atrocious and the customer service is appalling. This is not the reason for this post today. I ordered my food online and arrived at the store to pick up my order. While I was waiting, the person handling my order was placing items in the holding oven in front of the store. The person with the man-bun and glasses started coughing into the holding oven without covering their mouth. Then, asked if they could help me. One thing is for certain I'll never order from this location again. That's unsanitary and if Pizza Hut needs more information I'll be reaching to corporate soon.
