What a joke, this Pizza Hut is.I understand that went specials are offered that it may be busy. But goodness. It's not like the establishment wasn't aware of the situation. It is very unprofessional to take the online order, pay for it. And forfield the orders. The customer is literally wasting there time and gas to drive out there for nothing. The worst thing is that before you complete your order they have the neve to ask for a tip. It's very sad how inconsiderate this pizza hut has gotten to it customers. There has to be a better solution to this problem.

They said a 2hr wait. All I ordered was the mini 2$ personal pizza. Saw the employee yell at customers

Snail spead service. Stood in line for 15-20 minutes just to pick up my order. Only one cook and guy at register who kept running to oven to box pizzas and worked the register. Temperature on thermastat was 83 degrees so worked up a sweat just atanding in line.

Placed an order for carry out at 6:30pm and arrived at that time and they said it’s going to take 30-40 minutes?? That they don’t see the order until that time then takes the ovens time to heat up.

I used to buy from this Pizza Hut whenever I wanted to order pizza out on a tight budget but for the past 6 months they just haven’t used pizza sauce once. I’ve even ordered extra sauce and I get no sauce but extra cheese??

I went back again and they still forgot the sauce. How do you forget sauce on a pizza it’s ridiculous.

whoever the store manager is names Jaden is a joke. it took me a week to get a refund from doordash not delivering my order because they didn’t have drivers available to drop my food. i had been getting the run around and everyday i’m told to contact this manager he is never there. how are you a store manager who is never at work i spoke to your shift managers more than you. and you try to get your managers to do your dirty work and it’s pathetic!! a week for a refund? A WEEK?! i will never order here again. the 2 women managers whom helped me the one on the phone and the one who issued my refund thank you for understanding and helping out putting the customer first and not the company money first

It's always dirty here & your order is never made on time. I'm sitting here, 10 mins past the time the order was supposed to be ready, still waiting on my order ..............I'll have to start ordering pizza from somewhere else.

I used to avoid this location due to bad service and issues with my order. I randomly decided to try again and it was very clearly had gotten new management. It's night and day difference! The managers in the evening are great! Best thing is that the employees don't seem to harte life and their job and therefore you so it makes it pleasant to actually go there.

Give this location a go again!

They outsourced my delivery to DoorDash, who never delivered my order. I called the store to ask about it. The store representative said they couldn't do anything, and they told me to call the Pizza Hut corporate line to lodge a complaint. Completely unhelpful and terrible experience.

In what world is this a pepperoni lovers pizza? I paid an extra $5.50 to upgrade to a pepperoni lovers, and this is what I received. The guy that was working when I picked up the order was rude and immediately dismissed my concerns. I typically wouldn’t make a big deal out of this, but I paid almost $25 after tax and prepaid tip, and this is frankly ridiculous.

Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and boneless wings from Pizza Hut, and it hit the spot. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and loaded with pepperoni, and the crust had that perfect gooey cheese pull. The wings were juicy and packed with flavor. On top of that, the service was fast and friendly. Definitely coming back for more! 🍕🔥🍗

I don’t know if this location changed management lately but I recently ordered wings and pizza and the food was the best Pizza Hut I’ve had in a while. Before they used to skimp on the cheese and the pan pizza was always soggy and room temp, but this time the bottom was nice and crispy along with the crust and actually they actually gave me the extra cheese! Keep up the great work!

p.s the sweet chilly wings were amazing
