Pizza Hut

I ordered delivery through the app and it said it would take about 20 to 30 minutes. I placed the order and expected it within that timeframe or reasonably close. After about an hour, I had still not received the delivery, so I called the store and spoke to a representative who told me the driver was en route and would arrive soon. I took this as true and continued patiently waiting. After another 30 minutes had passed and I still had not received the delivery, I called again and spoke to the same representative as before. They told me the same thing about the driver being en route and arriving soon. I expressed that I was disappointed that it was taking so long and no one could give me an ETA. The representative then lied and said they had never talked to me before, when I had just spoken with them 30 minutes prior. This person gaslighted me and guilt tripped me for ordering pizza so late (well within their opening hours) and refused to give me any information about the ETA for my order. They claimed they couldn’t check because I didn’t have my order number. I readily furnished my order number and then they claim
they couldn’t check because their “system was down.” I find this hard to believe. Anyway, it’s been over an hour and half and I’m still waiting for my pizza. I’m less disappointed with the wait time
and more disappointed with the representative I spoke with, who instead of trying to help or apologizing, chose to lie and guilt trip me.

Spent $25 on a pepperoni pizza. Definitely not worth it. Much better options for that price. Pizza was soggy, super greasy, sauce was really sweet, and the crust was flavorless. Really disappointed. I had Pizza Hut last week in Central America and it was great. This wasn’t even close. Additionally, the delivery guy didn’t even make an effort to deliver to my door. Had to walk all the way across the apartment complex to come and get it from him while he sat in his car. Wish I could get my tip refunded.

This location is the best in the Heights area. The food is always fresh and hot, upon arrival.

Riqqayyah has great customer service and menu knowledge of the many offerings at Pizza Hut.

Max is the chef, I had to confirm who’s in charge of my meals because it’s always well cooked and seasoned to perfection.

I think I found my pizza home. I definitely rate this location 10/10.

The manager or so she claims she is, refused to give us a refund over the phone despite her messing up a simple order that required no thinking. Her incompetence and lack of customer service skills were appalling. If this is actually the manager for this location there is not much to be said for the rest of the establishment.

highly inaccurate per the manager.Took an hour to get 1 pizza delivered 1.8 miles at lukewarm temperature.

HORRRRIBLE The food was disgusting—probably the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had in my life. The employee was super rude, but I could deal with that if the food had been good. It’s like, "OK, stand by your product." But the food was trash, so it felt like a complete waste of time, and I was treated like the scum on the bottom of a Pizza Hut shoe.
