I ordered a hut box and it was the freshest Pizza Hut I’ve received and eaten in a decade, this establishment knows what they’re doing and they get it done right every time. Thank you!

Of every pizza I have ever ordered this is by far worst I have ever had. To the point it was actually not edible. I hate to write a negative review but we are laughing over how bad of a product they let leave their store to the point we had to share.

Ordered online and they got it wrong. Called to ask them to fix it, but the man who answered around 4:30 on March 1st decided to just be rude and said “It does not matter what you did online” and refused to fix it. It came with sauce, which the kid has a reaction to because of the tomatoes.
We just wanted to exchange it for the right pizza, but he just wanted to be right.

I stood at the counter for approx 3.5min before someone finally came out to ask why I was there. Before that a staff memebrr came out, took a weak sip of their drink in the fridge, keeping their back to me as to not acknowledge that I was there. Another staff member came out, saw me, and turned right around and went back to the back of the store. Thats when someone came out and politely greeted me. My big regret is leaving a tip when I paid. That was my bad, but at least the pizza was hot and tasty.
I let them know about my carry out order.

Online says it’s delivered and I haven’t gotten my pizza or any calls. It’s not the first time. I try to call to get update, phone rings then call ends. Just want an update and able to speak to someone to know what’s going on.

Stale breadsticks, greasy pizza, barely any sauce on wings and didn’t bother to answer the phone when they’re not busy, still tipped. I used to work as a wing cook at Pizza Hut, I know they can do better than this

Delivery driver did a fraudulent delivery. Pulled up at the front of my apartments, labeled the delivery as complete then texted us saying the gate was closed. We live in the furthest building in the back. Went downstairs just to see multiple cars getting through the gate without any issues. We were calling the phone number. He was texting texting us. He stopped responding. Didn’t pick up the phone call. We drove all the way to the front leasing office where he was supposedly at. There was no car so there we were no pizza no food this person cut off communication. Every time I call this location it just takes you to some call center from India. They escalated it, but let’s see how it actually turns out. I will be disputing this charge on my card if I don’t get a resolution, but I would not do business with this location.

Slowest Pizza Hut ever. App said the order was ready. Got to the store and waited an additional 30 mins for an order that was supposed to already be ready. Also the employee should learn how to dress while working at a food establishment. A crop top doesn't seem like a suitable option...

What a joke, this Pizza Hut is.I understand that went specials are offered that it may be busy. But goodness. It's not like the establishment wasn't aware of the situation. It is very unprofessional to take the online order, pay for it. And forfield the orders. The customer is literally wasting there time and gas to drive out there for nothing. The worst thing is that before you complete your order they have the neve to ask for a tip. It's very sad how inconsiderate this pizza hut has gotten to it customers. There has to be a better solution to this problem.

They said a 2hr wait. All I ordered was the mini 2$ personal pizza. Saw the employee yell at customers

Snail spead service. Stood in line for 15-20 minutes just to pick up my order. Only one cook and guy at register who kept running to oven to box pizzas and worked the register. Temperature on thermastat was 83 degrees so worked up a sweat just atanding in line.
