If i could give 0 stars I would. Ordered online at 1:45 in the afternoon and said it'd be ready in 15min, got there 20min later to find the store closed dark and no one there. Called customer service who kept transferring me to the property (no one was there). Finally got transferred to the district manager who left me on hold for 40min just to tell me their system is down and they cant make orders and that the staff are waiting for assistance at the property. There was no staff on site, and they were still accepting orders and payment but customer service is claiming that because the system is down they cant take orders. Terrible experience, terrible customer service, and no customer recovery. Do not order from this property there is another abt 1mile away and so many better pizza places in Houston.

The dough was undercooked, the entire layer underneath the pizza was still raw.

Our order was estimated to be delivered in 30-45 mins. It didn’t arrive until 1hr 45mins later. After attempting to call Pizza Hut repeatedly to figure out what was going on, we were hung up on multiple times by the staff in the Philippines. The pizza ended up arriving stale and cold. Such a disappointing experience.

Staff was not welcoming at all. I sat waiting at the counter for at least 7 minutes for an order that was placed 20m prior to arriving. One employee in the back even made eye contact with me, then turned away and continued what he was doing without acknowledgment. It appeared no one else was around until I got up, peeked into the back, and stood at the counter.
The same bald employee eventually came out to put food in the warmer. Still no greeting, no “hello” or “sorry for the wait”—just a flat, unenthusiastic “You waiting on an order? What kind of order?” I gave the name, and he walked away without another word.
The entire interaction was rude and cold. Quite frankly, if I hadn’t already prepaid, I would’ve left and gone elsewhere. Needless to say, this was my first and last time ordering from this location.

I received a text message stating that my pizza was on the way. 10 minutes later I received a text stating that the pizza had been delivered. The pizza had NOT been delivered! I CALLED THE STORE AND WAS TOLD THAT THE MESSAGE WAS A MISTAKE AND THE DRIVER WAS ON HIS WAY. THE DRIVER DIDN’T ARRIVE FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES! SO THAT’S 25 MINUTES DRIVE TIME FROM MY LOCATION THAT’S ONLY 7 MINUTES FROM MY HOME.! NEEDLESS TO SAY, THE PIZZA WAS NOT HOT! THE DRIVER WAS NICE AND POLITE, BUT BY THAT TIME I HAD AN ATTITUDE! I WILL NOT BE PATRONIZING THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

It’s a dirty restaurant, no one wears gloves when handling food. People are eating in the kitchen and it smells like cigarette smoke inside the restaurant.

Good food including pizza, pasta dishes, chicken wings and salad with patient staff. I like Pizza Hut's reward program where I can get free food.

DON'T EVER ORDER A PIZZA FROM THIS PIZZA HUT IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX ESPECIALLY IN WESTCHASE FOREST. THEY CAN'T DELIVER FOR SOME REASON AND THEN BLAME YOU FOR IT. THE MOST LAME EXCUSES FOR THEIR INABILITY TO DELIVER ARE TO TELL YOU TO CONTACT DRIVER WHO NEVER ANWSER YOUR CALLS. THIS HAS HAPPENED EVERY TIME. DOMINO'S NEVER HAS A PROBLEM SO I SUGGEST YOU ORDER FROM THEM.

they hung up in my face was very rude.!

My experience with this store has historically been good. My orders are correct and always delivered by Pizza Hut delivery drivers. Here is a breakdown of my recent delivery experience and why I will not be ordering from this store again.

• I placed an order for a single large pizza at 11:53 am.
• At 12:25, it was showing that it had been delivered, but I had not received the pizza.
• I called the store at 12:30 and the lady I spoke with told me (after a brief hold) that they would contact DoorDash to see who would be responsible for fixing this and I would get a call shortly from a manager.
• At 12:44, I got a call from DoorDash asking if I wanted to replace my order or get a refund. I chose a replacement.
• At 1:06, a different DoorDash driver contacted me that he was at the store, my order was being made, and would be 15 more minutes.
• At 1:22, the DoorDasher called me and told me that my order had been picked up earlier by someone named Caroline and he needed to contact DoorDash to get my order replaced. I explained that I had already talked to DoorDash almost an hour ago for a replacement. He was sympathetic and said that my order was being made now.
• My order was finally delivered at 1:54, 2 hours after I originally placed it. Thank goodness it was warm and made correctly. I also came more out of pocket and tipped the second DoorDash driver because who knows in all this mess if he was going to get the original tip I placed on my order when he absolutely deserved it for dealing with both companies for an hour to make sure I got my pizza.

I have a lot of patience and tend to try not to escalate things, but this whole process was infuriating. I worked as a pizza delivery driver for 5 years and cannot understand why this took so long. I had contacted the store and had been contacted by DoorDash. Everyone involved knew I still wanted a pizza, yet it seems like it still took another 30 minutes for it to start being made.

It also seems very deceptive not to mention anywhere that it could be delivered by some 3rd party delivery service. 9/10 times, I have had horrible experience with DoorDash and actively avoid those services. I understand from a business perspective the potential need to utilize them if you don’t have enough drivers on staff, because I was one of those drivers for so long, but I believe there should be way more transparency for customers. Maybe an option to ensure a Pizza Hut driver will make the delivery with the understanding that it may take a little longer should be available? I would pick that every time, if only to avoid the confusion of two businesses trying to do two halves of a service when they clearly aren’t communicating enough to deal with issues when a random person misdelivers or steals an order.

Edit 3 weeks later: Owner asked for details to make things right. I sent an email immediately with all requested details and a request for a refund. 3 weeks later, I have not heard anything back. Owner replying to negative feedback but does not actually do anything about it.

My boss ordered 16 pizzas for delivery the day before Valentine's Day to serve several offices in our building. Most of the deliveries did not make it to their destinations. My boss called and spoke to management and was told this would be made right. We waited a while then called the offices to see if they had received their pizzas and was told they had not. After trying to reach the store by phone, several times while being hung up on once they answered, one of our employees drove over to the store to see what the problem was...two of the pizzas were still in the warmer after the delivery driver took them back to the store. Our employee asked that those two be cancelled, because they had been sitting there for a very long time, and that we would re order those two for that office the next day. My employee was told by the manager that this would not be necessary. He said he would credit the card for the two pizzas and we were to never order from them again. WOW! He just lost a ton of business with the largest medical office building in the area!!! VERY POOR ATTITUDES AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
