Someone stole our pizza last night before we could pick it up. Cindy was very honest and upfront about it. We had to wait but the food was fresh and she added a cookie for our trouble. This was amazing customer service! She turned it around and we left overjoyed. Our new go to pizza hut 🫡

My personal experience with this location has been good. Last week I ordered Bone in medium wings. Well done, cooked hard, with medium buffalo sauce and lightly coated; just enough to still give the wings that crisp outside coating. The gentleman that took my order was very nice. There was an issue with the location and two orders were placed in error at two different locations by the Pizza Hut 800 representative. 👍🏾

I’ve been coming here for years. This last few times I have encountered great customer service, which made me inclined to ask the gentleman’s name. James, the manager is awesome. I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but he deserves it. He has definitely changed the energy and experience when picking up my pizza. Good job man, I hope you’re recognized for your hard work.????
