Need to learn customer service manners. To be spoken to with attitude at the window is not ok. I work customer service and I would never speak to someone like that. You pick your job. Always had good experiences in past and to get treated like that is not ok. Learn manners.

Order pizza they got my order wrong and when I called back some guy answer and I told him that the order was wrong I ask him what we do with the pizza he said to keep it then a lady called back n she ask what was wrong with the order n I told her order was wrong n she said she couldn't correct it n the guy told us we can keep it so the delivery driver was rude he cursed me n my family out n he want Ed the other pizza back n I told him no cause the guy told us we can have it n also the girl the delivery was rude n end also the girl who answer the phone don't go to pizza hut on long point

I never leave reviews…anywhere, ever. However, this is the second time I have ordered delivery from this PH location and the food was cold, not lukewarm but cold. The store said it was because the driver had 3 deliveries and it was hot when it left the store, however it was delivered 10 min after I got the text that it was on its way. This was a 10 at night delivery and the food was for a slumber party so I did not want the remake they offered- the kids were hungry and the estimated time of delivery was almost 45 min earlier than the actual delivery time. I spent $60 including tip and was given a generous $15 credit. IF you do order from this location, I would do carryout and get there early…

20 bucks for a medium is expensive enough, then wanted to charge to add red pepper packet… stupid.
$1 for some pepper that typically comes with it when you order anywhere else.

Tonight I was served by Nancy and she truly went above and beyond. That level of quality and service is very hard to come by. I will be using this location exclusively solely because of her!
Cool people It’s just pizza and it was tasting good I liked it. There was a new guy learning I hope the best for him. I got Vegetarian pizza and Diet Pepsi. The pizza tasted better than papa John’s or dominos I’m not sure tho maybe I was hungry. Total paid for medium pizza and one drink $22

Terrible service, the person who serves is racist, they make you look crazy, they slam the window on you and don't take your order 😡 Very bad service, I recommend the one at Gessner, there they give excellent service, they treat you with kindness

I received a terribly raw pizza. The dough was so pale and undercooked, and the toppings/cheese was also not cooked properly. Had to toss it into the oven when I got home.
