Worst delivery guy ever and pizza taste simple. The delivery guy had an attitude and then when I asked him how much was it he didn't even answer me and then he said are you going to give me tip like really with that attitude like wow he ruined my day.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Pizza Hut. I placed an order to be ready at 11:36pm got there a couple minutes early thinking I’d get my food fresh or wait a couple minutes. I pay for my food wait and was told you pull around to the front and wait which I did for about 20 minutes didn’t see no one bring a pizza. I decided to go inside to ask and the doors were locked and it does state you guys close at 1am so I was confused but waited another 15 minutes thinking the pizza is going to come out. I had to go back to the drive through for the lady to tell me she didn’t know I thought she was gonna take it outside when she was the one that told me to pull around the front. Pizza and wings were cold by the time I got home. Quite possibly the worst 23 dollars I’ve spent honestly.

If you have the ability to walk…RUN AWAY. I ordered my food for delivery at 6:50pm. I live 6 min away. During my order I was told the food would only take 45 min to be delivered. I called after an hour of not getting my food. I was told by the manager the food had already been dispatched but it would take another 45 min and that it would be delivered through DoorDash. Also, she was very rude because I was upset about not receiving any updates or food. Online however, it says DoorDash doesn’t do cash orders which is what I originally told the store I’d be doing. It is currently 9:27pm. I have yet to receive a call or any food. Don’t give your money to this company.

Workers lack common sense. If someone paid for a specific item and y’all run out. Common sense would be to tell them and let them decide if they want the food or not. Not decide to give people whatever you want them to have. I’m so over the carelessness of people when the economy is what it is. Folks don’t have money to just be wasting on food

So i made one more trip to pizza hut and manager was extremely rude. I returned pizza and they didn’t give me refund. And they don’t wear gloves or wash hands when they are preparing foods. And i see nobody wearing hair nets. Service: BAD Food: DISGUSTING Cleanliness: EXTREMELY DIRTY And i made a report to health department Hopefully they LEARN how to prepare food

Extremely poor value. There is so little cheese on pizza, you can see more sauce and bread. The pasta is absolute junk. The quality sticks.
Of course they won’t answer my calls to submit a complaint.
