I’m so pissed of with this store I bought a Hawaiian pizza and they send me a pepperoni pizza I payed for breadsticks and they didnt come I called the store and the guy there said it wasn’t the stores fault and instead blamed it on door dash ,this is unbelievable nobody fixed anything I called customer service and no one answered this is $65 dollars of waste pizza Hut sucks now and know I have to buy from other places.
Places an order at 6:13 pm. The estimated delivery time showed 45-60 minutes. I waited until 7:45 and tried calling the store and no one picked up. Called the corporate number to see if they had any luck but was just put on hold for another hour. I eventually got a hold of the manager around 9:30. Justin was very rude, all he could tell me was it's too busy for him to talk to and suggested just cancelling my order. I never got my pizza. I would suggest not ordering from this location. I ended up calling the door dash driver and he mentioned the people in the store are a lost cause they don't even a clue of what's going on and they have messed up about 20 orders....

This crew was absolutely lost and couldn’t find my order. Made wait for them to remake my order, I come back in 15 mins later and they hadn’t even started to remake it. Register suggested a refund, I said yes. Then they refunded me the wrong order.

I order the super supreme pizza stuffed crust, amazing pizza and an awesome crew. I definitely visited back at this Pizza Hut location.
Supervisor or manager on the weekend is terrible! His demeanor and the way he talks to people is awful! I called to let him know I was outside and first thing he said "you have to wait. It's raining and I am not sending one of my employees outside!" 1st - it was not raining. 2nd - his tone was condescending. 3rd - Extremely unprofessional 4th - Doesn't know how to treat people. These are just a few ingredients needed to be successful when dealing with the public! I called the number Pizza Hut has and spoke to the escalation team. I was offered a $10 credit for my inconvenience, but I refused to take the credit as it was not the intention of my call. I will never order Pizza Hut again in my current life!!!!

Service was terrible. The store manager( tall white guy) was extremely rude. Refused to put my money in my hand when I asked for a refund due to his workers messing up my order. A police officer was called out to the location due to the unprofessional way he talked to me & customers was there to witness also video for proof. I will never order from this location and management needs to do something with this store manager. Majority of the time I come he’s outside smoking. I will be calling cooperation

Ordered through the app and they send a DoorDash driver who somehow got lost and took my order back…. Not only did they not want to return my money unless I went inside the store, the manager gave me an attitude…. Do not order delivery here!! The reason I ordered delivery is because I couldn’t drive there… but yet they don’t care at all, and make it so difficult…. I ended up ordering Dominos and they don’t use DoorDash!!!!!!!
July 3, 2024- UPDATE*** Decided to try again. Another disappointment*** uploading photos this time. Ordered a LARGE, but received a MEDIUM PIZZA. I paid $15 to received a large pizza BOX with a MEDIUM PIZZA INSIDE.
2yrs ago- Total disappointment. I live right down the street & Every time I place an order online & get a confirmation number, my phone rings with someone from Pizza Hut telling me there’s no delivery drivers. This is the 3rd time! I’m done with ordering from here. It’s Papa Johns from here on out.
