Ms Ashley she is one of the BEST managers you guys have literally super sweet , nice . She definitely keeps the business ALIVE always come back for her . Keep up the good work

I walked in and I must say these kids y’all hired are rude and lack customer service skills. Soon as I walked in, without even greeting me the little girl at the front says, “I’ll be with you in a minute.” She comes back, still no greeting and asks, “You here to pick up?” I grabbed my pizza and something told me to check it, but I waited until I got home to realize that I paid $2 for the original pan crust and even added a tip only for me to get a hand tossed pizza that was very poorly made. It’s not about the $2–I can assure you—great customer service goes a long way. Great customer service will have a person bypass their order being made wrong just to rave about the service. But this place is filled with poorly trained kids who can’t even read orders correctly or greet customers properly. Please do better! And stop charging people extra for preferences y’all don’t even care to ensure we get!
We ordered 3 pizzas on line. When the pizzas were delivered we noticed that 1 of the pizzas had no cheese on it , just chicken and barbecue sauce. We immediately called the Pizza Hut location and spoke to a person who ideas the manager, I believe she said her name was Noelle or something close to that. She refused to correct the issue, refused to give us credit, said we were lying and we ordered the pizza with no cheese. Our email confirmation clearly showed pizza with cheese. We are repeat customers , paid $5 for delivery and tipped the driver and this so called manager did not do anything to correct their mistake. Buyer Beware.

10 out of 10 recommend Dillon was amazing!!! I have had a crappy day all day. He knew nothing just by me purchasing pizza walking into the store seeing the staff cleanup. He was very nice very compassionate about my questions and he opened the door for me because my hands were full. You never know what people going through in little things count to those who need a smile I will return to this location for eternity.

We ordered here at 8:30 they then brought the wrong order. We called, they put in our order, and gave us a discount…we still didn’t receive our order. It was 11 PM and they closed the store instead of delivering our order.
