the pizza had white hair in it, and when i talked to the manager about it , which by the way she has a white hair herself and wasn't wearing a hair net, she get offended and kicked me out of the store , no refund was made.

Worst customer service ever! The old lady, (pic of her in previous compkaint here), i beleive shes the manager started cussing a dasher outside the store even though he was very respectful to her and she yelled racist comments asking him to go back to his country!!! Wth is wrong with PizzaHut ! When i witnessed all that, i stopped ordering and went away.

I totally agree with all these comments about that manager, she is the worst, I have noticed her attitude with customers and her team all the time. I stoped going there because of her. Not sure why Pizza Hut would put someone like her in charge

I have Been ordering here for years with no issue and today on my order the food had multiple hairs from a woman when I asked for them to correct the issue the lady that i spoke to who said she was a manager instead of correcting the issue decides to argue not wanting to fix the problem making the solution harder than it has to be and proceeds to ask for proof which I provided and still has not fixed the issue never coming here again. The lady i talked to claiming to be the Manager their was completely useless she is trying to avoid fixing the issue gave me a number to send the proof to be able to get a refund and turns out it's to another pizza hut across town. I have no idea why anyone would hire someone like this to be a manager of all positions but I can't expect much from People like this anyways. I finally got ahold of Chris the manager a day later after avoiding me she is trying to lie saying I never spoke to her and she didn't give me the number for another pizza hut managers number across town and now saying I'm lying that the long woman's hair on my food are not theirs it's mine but as she knows im a male with short hair yet she continues to try to get out of just fixing the issue definitely never coming here again they need a real manager she shouldn't be working here with that attitude just wanting to argue with people and poor people skills by the way she is in fact the same person I spoke to the day prior and the manager at this location

I just called on my pizza delivery order. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and received a hand tossed. When I informed the lady that answered the phone she got defensive so quick and started stating that I got the wrong Pizza Hut because she hasn’t had any stuffed crust pizza orders. When she asked me for my information is when she realized that she in fact did and then told me to bring in the pizza if I need my stuffed crust pizza. How am I supposed to bring in the pizza when I ordered delivery? Plus, I don’t need her messing with my food because she was already upset about me calling. She was an older lady and if you can’t take your job and own up to your faults you don’t need to be working fast food.

I made a simple call-in order for a single topping pizza last month while in route to the location which I expected to be ready by the time I got there (within the next 20 minutes following the call). When I got there I was told that they never received an order based off the name I gave them. As I was trying to inquire about the orders they did have in queue and suggest that my name over the phone may have been unclear, the lady who came and spoke for the original cashier was extremely rude, dismissive, and would not even allow me to get my full statement out. I ended up reordering real quick and just waiting because it was late and I didn’t feel like going anywhere else, but I won’t be patronizing this location again even though it’s most convenient. To be clear, it was not the original girl cashier who had the issue with customer service, but (who I’m assuming to have been) the authority figure she called over to help address the situation.
