Received box of junk. - like an unopened puzzle box - from a delivery person who didn’t speak English but gladly accepted the tip - ridiculous - don’t give them the business - it’s beyond pointless

We always have our pizza delivered... It has ALWAYS been hot and is at our home within 25 minutes. Drivers are all very nice and mannerly. Really like this location... emlyees answering phones are friendly and professional.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Normally this I the best pizza hit but let me talk to yall about the manager. I ordered a Mobil order on their app and used a deal… waited till the app told me my order is ready then went into pick it up. I get there to pick it up and they tell me they don’t have my order or my food so I show them my app where it shows my food is ready so she remakes my order then tries to charge me again not honoring the deal I used online. Not to mention I was already charged when placing the order and have not yet been refunded. The Lady who was helping me happens to be the manager and her name is Lee and she still wasn’t able to help me and was very rude about the situation.

I arrived to pick up my 3 pizzas, and the friendly lady at the counter apologized immediately for giving my pizzas away to someone else, lol. I so appreciated her honesty, then took a seat to wait for my order to be remade, which was already in motion. What I experienced as I sat and waited was nothing short of amazing. This place is a WELL OILED MACHINE! One person came in, paid, picked up there pizza, then another, then another and so on. No one had to wait, no lines. Super friendly, super fast, efficient service. Great job Pizza Hut Kingwood. We'll definitely be back.

Well- I understand that Pizza Hut is not exactly a place that one expects an amazing experience. You’re hungry and you want to feed your face, but there are slight transactional expectations in the customer food service relationship. We ordered our pizza at 6:45, and after waiting for about 25 minutes for the Pizza Hut that is one and a half miles away from our house to show up the driver passed our house and then turned around and came back. OK fair enough his eyes aren’t great and he can’t see very well, but again, you might want to have some minimum requirements for your drivers. But then he proceeded to give us our food, including a package of wings that had a gigantic dent in the box and then realized oh I forgot your drinks. I’ll go back and get them so you guessed it fast-forward to 25 minutes later when he has not come back yet, we called to check in on this. Again, things happen I understand but Again there are simple expectations you ordered delivery food it should show up and the people working there couldn’t even be bothered to give us an apology. They just kept saying he’s on his way. He’s on his way well Way somewhere since he’s not sitting there in the restaurant with you, but where exactly is he going? What tour of Kingwood is catching his fancy? Is he unable to drive more than 5 miles? You would think that a restaurant would have a policy that if they made a colossal screwup on a customers order that they would have something in place I don’t know maybe offer them another 2-liter-UPDATE- OK, our prince charming finally did show up after a 35 minute wait and we got an extra soda so I give him credit for that because I believe that was his doing because nobody at Pizza Hut seemed to care about it so everything I said still stands your managers in your people who answer the phone suck and you should really think about hiring people there that don’t suck. It’s probably a matter of money and you’re getting the best you can afford so maybe think about paying people a little better so you can get people who can actually do their job

I have used this Pizza Hut for Takeaway almost 2 years now. I will no longer use this business. The pizza I ordered last week was horrible. I ordered two of them. They were cold. One was stuck to the top of the box. It was an awful experience.. I called the restaurant and the manager was apologetic and said she would give us a credit on our account-you we were ordering almost twice a week some weeks for almost 2 years and when I looked, she gave us a five dollar credit how embarrassing!! so we ordered it two days ago same order same results soggy pizza horrible horrible I will not use them again. I will switch pizza companies.. what a shame. It’s the closest to my home..
