If I could give zero stars I would. 0/10 DONT RECOMMEND! Customer service is trash. Delivery service is trash. They take forever to deliver the food or don't deliver the food AT ALL! And let's not forget to mention how they DON'T answer the phone!!! Very unprofessional establishment.

Waited 30 minutes just for them to tell me my food been ready. Then I get my order the pizza was cold. They could at least placed it In the heater thing they have.
The pizza was good, but there was like a green lint type debris on the crust of a slice of pizza. The area must be bad because they're behind glass and hand you your pizza through a window.

So I ordered a stuff crust meat lovers pizza with cheesy bread. Order was not ready when I went to pick it up. Had a short wait which was fine. But when I took the food back to my car, I immediately noticed the foul smell. The breadsticks(yes not the cheesy bread I ordered) smelled like it had been left out or picked from the trash. The pizza didn’t smell so bad until I really start inspecting it and noticed the same odor. First and last time going to this establishment. When I requested a refund I was told I would have to wait until the manager came in the next day. As Keith Lee would say 0/10. Don’t do it. The people that worked inside must hear this all the time. Now I have to go get other food. Cause this was spoiled.

I always order form pizza huts. First time ordering here and not again. I love the company but not this place. Worst customer service. We ordered the Hawaiian Luau for delivery but got the pepperoni instead. So I called them and they said I have to go to the restaurant so they can refund or remake the RIGHT order for us. Then what is the point that we order DELIVERY then. I ask them that I can take a photo and send to them so they will know the I got the wrong order and refund but they deny and refuse to refund if I’m not approached to the restaurant. I GUESS I HAVE TO EAT WHAT I DID’NT PAY FOR THEN.

The worst experience ive ever had ordered and they gave me the wrong order and im allergic to onions the person over the phone at this locstion 2/28/2025 around 9pm kept hanging up in me and telling me door dash has to refund me my money the policy is to call the store she who name was Tiny apparently needs ti be fired and whoever is night shift i will like the big boss/ supervisor ti contact me !!!! WORST PLACE DO NO ORDER FROM HERE !!!!! You will be disappointed!!! Oh tiny im pretty sure you is not the manager because if so you need to be fired or an nvm☺️
