I ordered food from them well tried and the man or whoever in the store called me before the driver left to tell me they otw , the driver never showed up I called the store and the man gone tell me the driver just came back to the store he tried calling you , like call me for what if Yall suppose to deliver it ; the instructions was clear as day , no gate code wasnt hard to come in the gate to deliver the food worst place ever wouldn’t eat there at all bad customer service

I ordered my food through Pizza Hut’s website, to be delivered. Store on Ella Boulevard sent my order to Door Dash. Dasher picked up my order and cancelled it, in other words stole it. Store giving me the run arounds about contacting Door Dash: which in turn sent me back to the store. I placed my order with Pizza Hit they should be responsible for my refund. 5 days later, still nothing and store manager is never there. I am beyond frustrated and need my money now!

jesus h christ. they no longer have drivers, they send all deliveries through doordash. and at this point it feels like half of all dashers just do the job to steal your food.
on top of that, they force you into some indian call center insyead of just answering the phone.
so god forbid you have an issue with your delivery cause youre gonna have to wait for the call center, who sends you to the store, who sends you to door dash, who sends you BACK to the call center, who FINALLY AFTER 2 HOURS gets your order redelivered with another dasher who just cancels ypur delivery and steals your food again.

hire drivers and answer the phone, stop oursourcing through 87 different middlemen.

I’ve have ordered from Pizza Hut for many years, but since we moved to a new neighborhood, the Pizza Hut in that location uses DoorDash for delivery and they cannot find our house which is shown on Google Maps. This has been three times in a row two of them we had to give them directions and they arrived with late pizza that was cold. The third time they wouldn’t even come to our house we had to drive to them to get the pizza, I will never order from Pizza Hut on Ella for delivery again.

The employee was trying to steal part of our order when we proved we were right he did throw the breadsticks on the counter top really mad didn’t give my wife the sauce ignored her yelled at her i do not know why they can do whatever they want and treat customers really bad and not have any consequences this happened today august 7 at 3:30 I really hope some manager see this and fire that dude he don’t deserve his job at all and i am about to call pizza hut and show them the videos so he can get fired as soon as positive

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! The past 3 times I have ordered, I did not receive my order. I get a text with a number to the "Dasher" saying they are having trouble finding the address. Call and call and text and text and never get a response. Then got a text saying they had to abandon the order because they couldn't find it. Had to call the store 4 times before someone answered and was told that I had to come up and get. What's the point of delivery if I have to go get it?
