This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever seen or dealt with. I placed an online order for a personal pizza and wings x2 and while eating my food I came across a boneless wing that was moldy, I then proceeded to take the wing back to this location and asked for a management, I told the manager what happened and showed them the wing and he stated that it didnt come from this location. Wow first time taking no accountability for the mistake. Then proceeded to tell me that no we will only be able to give you a refund for the wings because my head manager is not here to approve the full amount. So i stated to call them because im not sure what i have eaten and I would like a full refund. Once the head manager got on the phone well through FaceTime laying in the bed, he even gave me a hard time stating that we have been serving wings all day so i dont understand. Which is irrelevant after 10min for nothing they finally gave me my money back. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

Communication is trash here they look at you like you supposed to know how they operate at this location i was trying to order dude watched me stand there for 5-10 mins when someone else came in that’s when he moved to come and went straight to the dude who came in helped him first then looked at me and said oh i didn’t see you there you have to order online

I always order from Pizza Hut , First time ordering here and not again. The worst pizza ever and customer service super bad. I order a supreme and a regular pepperoni pizza and it was not even cooked all the way. I couldn’t give it to my kids to eat like that. They shouldn’t even have this store open to be selling this type of pizza.
