Manager hung up in my face after I called and told her about my pizza crust being raw….she has a terrible attitude..…I will not be back. This happened on 9/5 @8:30pm…..I will escalate to cooperate….i didn’t deserve that.
And from the looks of these reviews….yall seem to promote bad behavior from managers…..

Hi, my name is Vickie. I work at Centerpoint energy I ordered a pizza a couple weeks ago. It came to me burnt and dry and I never received the drink so I spoke with one of the managers and asked for the corporate number. He said he didn’t know it And they could not replace my order so the business was very horrible. I would never recommend no one to come to this Pizza Hut. this is the Pizza Hut that is in Houston, Texas right out for Willowbrook

We went on $2 pizza tuesdays. The pizza itself was okay, but the place is not very tidy or bright, and was very sparse. The minis also had a lot more bread than toppings.

I will NEVER order from here again. I spent 60$ on the wrong order had no choice but to eat it because it was late. Asked for a New York style pepperoni pizza and received a cheese pizza!! Called the gm Dennis to rectify the order and he tells me I should’ve brought it back!!! I ordered delivery! You should’ve made sure my order was correct before it left the building. Clearly I didn’t want to go in the store if I ordered delivery! The audacity to not even try to fix the mistake! Bad customer service on his end and as a restaurant manager myself I’m highly disappointed as he was very rude on the phone I could barely get a word in. Don’t try to tell me about company policy when you screwed up on your end!
My family and I love this Pizza Hut. Ms.T is super sweet and always makes sure our order is right. Thanks so much for your great customer service...

Placed a pick-up order when leaving the movie theater. The dining hall was empty, but was nice and clean. The service was great- my order was hot and ready earlier than expected and the breadsticks were seasoned and fluffy- unlike most PH experiences in the greater Houston area.

The cook was outside when I pulled up he came back in and started making pizzas no gloves or nothing. I asked do yall wear gloves? She said “no, if hands are washed there’s no purpose for gloves” I just walked out.
