Second time my family and I come at night to have some tasty pizza hut pizza. Food is great, but the reason for the one star is the customer service. The lack of customer service. Standing by the desk and 2 employees talking, one with their back to you, is extremely rude. Having to clear your throat for attention should not be needed. I've worked for customer service for many years. The lack of customer service both times we have come here is really disappointing. Dine in back in the day, also included the food being taken to the table. But no. They just yell your name to get up yourselves. Last time we come here.

They don't have any delivery drivers at night, and they charge you a 5 dollar delivery fee. I had to wait for an hour for them to deliver my food cold.

LITTLE ROACHES FROM BOX COMING OUT OF THE AIR POCKETS OF BOX...THIS IS WHAT I AM THROWING AWAY...ATE HALF OF ONE SLICE..REST IN TRASH....TRASH TRASH.. YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED...I AM EMBARRASSED FROM WASTING MY MONEY HERE!!..OWNER:just start over..YOU can't save this place...WOW

I had an incident when ordering over the phone but the manager took very good care of me in the process! My order was accurate, quick, fresh & HOT! Would recommend this location.
I would like to make sure that Mr. Everett gets a great review because he was not there when our food was ordered and there was errors made so once I spoke to him he rectified the matter and took very good care of my family! Thanks Mr. Everett for being a 5 star in this matter!

Pizza and wings were ice cold. Pizza had so very little cheese, mushrooms, and pepperoni. Very dry. The whole experience was horrible ?
This place is horrible. The AC did not work the pizza I ordered came out as a thin crust when I ordered hand tossed. Barely any cheese or sauce. Won’t be back here. Somebody did “out pizza the hut” ???? there’s a reason Domino’s is the king of pizza delivery

How is this place still open? Lol, I placed an order and when I went in to pick it up the place looked dirty & there was a huge roach crawling around the wall.. and on top of that the Parking lot looks very shady, I was almost scared to go pick up my pizza. It’s dark and in a bad location. I hurry up and got out of there.

Whoever took my order tonight at this location didn't put in my Apartment number for the Doordarshan delivery driver and to make it worse the 630 area code number i was being given as an update to contact my delivery drivery said it wasn't hers!
