I ordered a medium pizza, 8 count boneless wings, and an order of bacon cheddar cheese sticks. My wings were not appealing to the eyes or stomach. They were hard and looked burnt, but it was undercooked inside. My cheese sticks were not even cut at all, and it was hard finding bacon on them. My pan crust pizza looked like it was hand tossed. So my husband calls there to complain, and he did agree to remake the order when we bring the food back. However, this is an inconvenience to me because I’ve gotta get ready for work. Just be careful ordering your food at this location

My last order wasn’t to my liking and Pizza Hut reached out to me and made it right! Impressive customer service and customer care! Pizza and wings are delicious
Ordered pizza, cheese sticks and wings. Immediately after eating the food I was running to the restroom… the cheese sticks we paid extra for was hard as the box they came in. completely different temperature of the box of pizza. The wings were tough, you could tell they had been sitting out for a while. 0/10 don’t recommend.. will give you food poisoning .

I thought I had treated myself to a three topping pizza today but was very disappointed at the fact that this Pizza had very few toppings, and had too much marinara sauce and was quite salty. Didn't realize I had to specify extra toppings just to get the intended amount of toppings, and the "regular" amount of marinara sauce meant that the pizza was drowning in marinara sauce. Such a rip off. Also I found that you charge for hot peppers or parmesan now it's not in the packages anymore like previous experiences. It ruined my experience not having enough toppings or having to pay for parmesan or red pepper. I'll never eat your pizza again, I'll just make one at home. I can do a better job. The pizza I had tasted like it came right out of the school cafeteria.

Jordan is absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to assist me when I needed it and took my concerns seriously. Not to go into too much detail, but he calmed me down when I was this ? close to freaking out but his calming presence and reassurance helped me keep it together. Give this man a raise, employee of the year, a company car, and majority stock in the company. Y’all need 1000 Jordan’s because he’s that great!

Tracking not correlated with worker's statement when called that it was not delivered by time expected. Delivered nearly 45 minutes after it left the business according to tracking. Barely warm items. They admitted another order was dropped off in same run. If you want better product, pick up, don't rely on delivery.
