Im a repeat customer, with almost the same order every time and aroundthe same time of day and week, this is the first time ive had an issue. Everything is burnt. I spent $145 and all of this food is going straight to the trash. I guess ill have to find somewhere else to frequent because it appears yall have changed kitchen staff.

Someone tell me why their employees are allowed to be VAPING in the restaurant around food and not washing their hands?! Nobody using gloves like Whataburger next door does! Totally unsanitary and violation of city health code. 0 stars. Department of Food and Health why do you not crack down on this? What restaurants around here let their personnel VAPE handling people’s FOOD!?

Pizza Hut is my favorite carry out place in town. I always get the thin crust pep. Everyone is always so nice when I go in. Just today Jose made sure I got the right order and was so kind to be sure I got a larger drink order when the 20 oz drinks ran out.

My wife made an order here and when I went to pick it up, I was told it wasn't ready. Despite thier display saying it was. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked when. My pizza was ready the whole time in that warmer they keep behind the counter. To add insult to injury they didn't have the type of soda we ordered. This is not the first time I've experienced poor customer service here. I will not be back.

I placed an order over the phone for 2 pizzas and the guy hung up on me after he said he would try to punch in a coupon for me. I thought maybe I misheard and let my family know to pick it up. My brother calls and says they didn't have my order. I tried calling but the recorded message would suddenly stop and no one would answer.
