The pizza was dry as cardboard. They got order all wrong. They compensated with bringing cinnabuns the next morning which were delicious. But I dare to say this order was worth 80.00.

TERRIBLE! TRACKER WAS TURNED OFF AFTER SHOWING FOOD WAS IN OVEN. FOOD WAS SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE AT 9:25 AFTER 20 MINUTES OF WAITING I CALLED STORE NO ONE PICKED UP. I HAD TO CALL CS LINE TO CANCEL. AN HR LATER DELIVERY GUY SHOWS UP WITH COLD FOOD. I INFORMED HIM ORDER WAS CANCELED. HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO BE MAD I FELT BAD FOR THE GUY SO I TRIED STOPPING HIM TO TIP HE LOOKED AT ME & KEPT GOING. WELL BEING UGLY YOU STOPPED YOUR BLESSING I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION . OH YEAH LETS NOT FORGET WHEN I ASKED HIM WAS THE FOOD COLD BEFORE HE HANDED IT TO ME HIS RESPONSE WAS IDK YOU’RE EATING IT NOT ME.

I am extremely unsatisfied with my order. Not only did i order my food at 4:30 this afternoon to be delivered at 5pm but my pizza was thrown together so much so that the toppings were all in the box and not on my pizza, and my wings were smashed. I understand bad weather. That's why I ordered 30 mins in advance. However it took an hour an 20 mins to get to my food. How extremely sloppy! If I'd known it would of taken so long to get my food I'd picked it up myself. They gave my order to one man with 4 other orders. Instead of splitting up the deliveries according to bad weather and time it would take to deliver all the orders. I don't even want to put one star however there needs to be reviews notifying whom ever this may concern to treat your workers more fairly and make sure your customers are taken care of accordingly!

Literally been on hold 18 min as I type this. Orders are never right, and when they say they will fix something, they never do.
My wife and I ordered a pizza on 4/7 at 5:08 pm and it is now 6:55 PM and we still do not have our order. My wife has been on hold with the store for 55 minutes and still no one has answered. Online help was contacted and was zero help!!! We haven't ordered Pizza Hut in over a year and now we know why. No customer service help and the store has still not answered. Our order has been out for delivery for an hour and still not here. I want my money back!!!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!!! I wish I would’ve taken picture of how disgusting my pizza came last night, so I could share how this Pizza Hut conducts business. It didn’t even seem like it was cooked. And to top it all off when I called I was very rudely told that the GM (some guy named Tom) doesn’t allow refunds?! I’m sorry how are you going to serve crappy, barely cooked food to people & than when called to complain Tom just offers another pizza? I DONT WANT YOUR FOOD!!! If they couldn’t make it right, why do I have to pay for it?! I will NEVER order from this location again.
