I ordered a heart shaped pizza and some wings. The heart shaped pizza was hard and I called back the lady said she would not give me another pizza. So I had to get a 5$ discount. It was a horrible experience.

January 22 9:53 PM just went through the drive-through at your Taco Bell I just want to say as a former Taco Bell employee these are the best effing quesadillas that I’ve ever had and the drive-through worker was awesome and you need to give every single person who works on this shift a raise because they rock like oh my god this quesadilla is so good. I would give this Pizza Hut location negative stars if I could. Just as other people have written we ordered delivery for a stuffed crust pizza, we received our order but it wasn’t stuffed crust. I called to explain what happened and she immediately was defensive and offered to give me credit instead of the correct pizza that we paid for, although that’s what we continuously asked for, making it seem as if I was to blame for receiving something that we did not order. Customer service was terrible and she said we’d receive our correct pizza back cold. At this point I asked for her name as well as the manager and she said her name was Stephanie if I wanted to complain on her, all non-chalant like, like she had no concern for the world and she said she was the manager which couldn’t be! Avoid this location like the plague, they have no interest in doing the right thing and helping you even though they messed up. This whole area/location should be SHUT DOWN it shouldn’t be so many of the SAME consecutive complaints over the last YEAR. I will be contacting the general manager as well as the store owner over this continual manner it is a disgrace and ridiculous to be treated like the enemy when all you did was try to get the correct pizza that you paid for with your own hard earned money! A shame! FYI, I’m going to come back and update if the correct pizza is even delivered at this point and if it’s cold like the “manager” told me it was going to be.

Place an order for 3 Pizzas wings and cinnamon rolls. The delivery guy was nice but I wasn't advised that my pizza would be over cooked hard and cold and they even forgot my cinnamon rolls

Online order was disregarded. I was asked to reorder at the window. I used reward points to order the food. Not only is the place a disgrace to pizza but a disgrace to the human race. I lost IQ points visiting this establishment. Pizza deserves more respect.

First let me say I love Pizza Hut. This is my third time purchasing pizza at this location. The first time I was told that they were short staff so I send the pizza back for something else it still was poor tasting. 2months later I made another purchase. There were young people working that night, using their personal phone at the front register. I made the excuse, young people were working. On tonight my kids asked for pizza..3 strikes and I will never return to this location . I purchased original crust paid a little extra and I am still disappointed. Pizza Hut on Ella and 43rd. has the Best pizza ever
