Said order was ready, arrived and they said 10 minute wait. No biggie- cashier however was quite rude with another customer and she wasn't very well spoken. Horrible customer service. Cashier also had earbuds in, crocs on, no gloves on, and no hairnet on while handling the pizzas. Cashiers name was Jaqueline

I had been talking about pizza so much that I had to just stop, break down and get one. My coupon was ready and outdated to be told the small inlet outlet place does not accept coupons, so fortunately I was able to purchase the Tastemaker large Pizza with three toppings, 10.00 deal. So good! I had not ordered a pizza in a year. The pizza was great, hot, and the crust was prepared well. Most slices were delicious and good as though I had not eaten pizza before. There was one slice so far that seemed different like something textured in the tomato sauce sweet and tangy but the thickness of sauce texture different. It could have just been my taste buds on that slice. It could have been how I to toted the pizza and having to put the ingredients back on at home. This was my 2nd time ordering from this location. Yes, carb load, pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives for the Memorial Day weekend. This may be my "barbeque", meal.

I ordered a heart shaped pizza and some wings. The heart shaped pizza was hard and I called back the lady said she would not give me another pizza. So I had to get a 5$ discount. It was a horrible experience.

Tried to make an order from this location like I always do and the so called manager Maria asked me to hold for 10 mins. Then came back to the phone and I asked her if she could look up my order. She then put me on hold again while she talked and made pizza. Then she came to the phone and I asked her again and she hung up on me. So I called back and she hung up on me 3 times. I then called again and asked her for her name. She hung up on me. So I drove to the location and asked her for her name,, thats when she gave me the name Maria. I then proceeded to call her lazy and took a picture of her so that the District Manager wouldn't be confused about who this Maria is..She then tells me not to take a picture of her and I explained to her that its not against the law to take a picture or video but since she asked me not to after I took the picture I didn't and because I took a picture she called the police. I explained to her that i will gladly wait her for the police. She never asked me to leave. So I stayed. Police took forever and I still had to feed my child so I left. Very unprofessional I will never patronize this location

January 22 9:53 PM just went through the drive-through at your Taco Bell I just want to say as a former Taco Bell employee these are the best effing quesadillas that I’ve ever had and the drive-through worker was awesome and you need to give every single person who works on this shift a raise because they rock like oh my god this quesadilla is so good. I would give this Pizza Hut location negative stars if I could. Just as other people have written we ordered delivery for a stuffed crust pizza, we received our order but it wasn’t stuffed crust. I called to explain what happened and she immediately was defensive and offered to give me credit instead of the correct pizza that we paid for, although that’s what we continuously asked for, making it seem as if I was to blame for receiving something that we did not order. Customer service was terrible and she said we’d receive our correct pizza back cold. At this point I asked for her name as well as the manager and she said her name was Stephanie if I wanted to complain on her, all non-chalant like, like she had no concern for the world and she said she was the manager which couldn’t be! Avoid this location like the plague, they have no interest in doing the right thing and helping you even though they messed up. This whole area/location should be SHUT DOWN it shouldn’t be so many of the SAME consecutive complaints over the last YEAR. I will be contacting the general manager as well as the store owner over this continual manner it is a disgrace and ridiculous to be treated like the enemy when all you did was try to get the correct pizza that you paid for with your own hard earned money! A shame! FYI, I’m going to come back and update if the correct pizza is even delivered at this point and if it’s cold like the “manager” told me it was going to be.

I wish I could give this location a half of star. No one ever answers the phone at the store. I've ordered from here several times and have received my food late and cold. There is not enough people working at this store to take care of the orders they're receiving. This particular store needs to be retrained and needs to hire more people. I will NOT be ordering from them again.

If I could give zero stars I would ! I placed a order online to be picked up I've come to this location to pick up my order and the door is locked ! It is 11:10am and it states on the door they open at 10:00am. There's a lady inside just looking at me not answering the door or giving in communication as to why the door is locked. I even tried calling inside and I watched her not answer the phone ! This is such a big inconvenience ! Now when I don't come pick up my food I'd be wrong ! Will never be back !

Used to always get my Pizzas from here after a long day of work. One day order my regular pizza that I always get and it came out wrong. Wasn't a big deal until the cashier Maria growled at me when I ask to remake the pizza. Never had such such a rude thing happen to me with a simple mistake. I told her not to worry about it and got a refund. Never going there again!!

The first time I ordered from this location, it took 3.5 hours for a single pizza and order of wings to be delivered. A dozen or so ill-fated deliveries later, only two were correct -- sometimes wrong wing flavor, sometimes wings forgotten completely, *never* add the extra ($$) pepperoni, take 1-1.5 hours for 1-mile delivery, and usually forget drinks if ordered. Extras paid for (like garlic crust or extra sauce) are never honored. They get an order, make any basic generic pizza, and goof around for 40 minutes. The app will text when your pizza is out for delivery; don't believe it. It's usually sent out 8-10 minutes after order confirmation, but pizza arrives an hour (often more) later, tasting pretty old and bland. Tonight our delivery guy forgot our drinks, said "IF i come back with it....", didn't come back with it, and didn't offer to rectify. He pretty much just shrugged, as if they were bonus freebie drinks (they weren't -- we paid.) This kid is often my deliverer and he has never brought a pen to sign the receipt with. I've given him pens to take with him before. The manager also shrugs about these things and once offered a credit on file for next call-in order (a method no one uses to order pizzas anymore.) How is this franchise still standing? Service if you opt for pick-up is pretty good, but you get to witness firsthand the messy laziness behind the aforementioned woes. To the franchise owner: Burn this sh*tshow to the ground; start completely over.
