The manager. Hispanic young male is very rude, disrespectful to elderly. No patience when placing order, unable to be courteous and have decent customer service. Has a very bad demeanor and attitude problem. Workers also don’t understand or speak English and no one would give me corporate number to contact and make a complaint. I ordered $50 worth of food just for the order to be wrong when it was delivered. I called And the manager was very rude on the phone and hung up in my face. I had To drive there to try and get my order right but upon being received no one acknowledged me and refused to refund or fix my order! Ridiculous. Never ordering again. I buy Pizza at least once a week.

The food is great and hot but service not so good. You pull up to window and wait 5+ minutes before being acknowledged. Car in front of me pulled off and the person walked away from window and NEVER CAME BACK. Waited in line 10 minutes to get pizza.

No one will answer the phone and I drove from my hotel to get the order correct. I ordered deep dish and I was given hand tossed. My son who is Autistic likes " The big crust" that's the way he identifies the pizza he likes. I am disappointed in the cook at this location because he did not wash his hands before preparing my food I could clearly see the sink and he never went to it before preparing my pizza again, so hygiene is a problem at this location! Needless to say the delivery driver was really nice and concerned about me getting my order! I will never eat from this location again. All my food was placed in a dumpster where it belongs!!! So disappointed ☹️

Terrible experience. I paid extra for stuffed crust but got a thin crust pizza instead. The pizza was also left outside on the wet floor on a rainy day. When I called to fix it, the employee was rude, refused to give his name, and hung up. Completely unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Our pizza was cut into squares, but wasn't supposed to be (like my other 1) and they apologized and remade another one correctly. Excellent customer service and great food.

Vegetarian options: Bell peppers, mushrooms, onion, grape tomatoes, etc

Dear Pizza Hut, I gave 1 star but really wish I could put a minus behind it. I placed an order for delivery around 2pm and I didn't get my order until an hour and 30 minutes later because Pizza Hut used a #@%&^ Door Dash driver and I'm not pleased. My food was ice cold and we had no way to reheat it. Whole reason I ordered pizza in the first place! The Door Dash driver claimed they couldn't find the address, but wouldn't answer their phone. When he finally arrived I asked why it took so long. He didn't understand me because he doesn't even speak English. Not happy with the experience especially when the store manager resent our order with a Pizza Hut driver and it only took him 5 minutes to get here. His name by the way is Travis and was very pleasant and apologetic. I want the tip I added to my order to go to Travis, the Pizza Hut driver and not Carlos, the Door Dash driver. Seriously Pizza Hut, if you want to stop losing business then you need to lose Door Dash immediately.

Ordered a thin crust. Pizza. Was doing a comparison between Marco's, Domino's, and Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut was horrible. Everyone refused to eat it. It was dry, overcooked, tasteless. It was also the most expensive by a mile. Horrible. We'll never be back

I ordered a 3 topping tavern pizza,onions regular pepperoni, crispy pepperoni, Italian sausage, persona pan pizza box with hot wings for delivery on 6/27/2024
I got a burnt thin crust with only crispy pepperoni on it no other toppings. I called to inform them of the mixup and was told I would get a 3$ refund for one topping and no exchange because I ordered on my phone. I’m in a wheel chair so I can’t just go up there to exchange my pizzas. And to top that off the guy hung up on me while I was still talking!! If this is the way pizza hut is going to do business and not fix their mistakes and treat customers like that I promise you I’m done with Pizza Hut, there are many other pizza stores to choose from. I was a manger for them in two states and worked for them for years and if I had done what that guy did I would have lost my job! Dairy Ashford rd 77079 store is the absolute worst in service and food.

Good food, bad service.
Ordered on the app (which I would not recommend) waited the appropriate time and drove to store. Upon arrival, they had not started my order and told me there were several orders in front of me (apparently you are just supposed to know the app is never correct). They told me I could wait an additional 20mins or get a refund. I decide to park and wait in store, which was mostly clean but no more cool than being outside. Eventually I received my order and my pizza was topped incorrectly. I did still enjoy my food.

Major takeaway: Call into store to order your food and get an accurate estimate time for your food (which defeats the purpose of having a functional app).

HORRIBLE. Placed my order on 5/17/24 and spent $42.53. Below is what I ordered:

Roasted Garlic Cheese Sticks

Medium Hand Tossed Pizza
Pepperoni, Green Peppers, Classic Marinara

Medium Thin 'N Crispy Pizza
Chicken, Onions, Extra Cheese, Extra Honey BBQ

Both pizzas were between "left out overnight" temp and lukewarm. The thin crust pizza was so hard, I would swear it had to have been a pizza made and left out overnight (even though I know it was made upon order). The roasted garlic cheese sticks were not sticks - it was one flat loaf undivided and hard as a brick. I promise I'm not lying. The best thing were the boneless wings, and even then they did not include the ranch dip I requested. Horrible! I send an email, called customer service, then I called the store manager today. Juan reluctantly gave his name but then voluntarily told me what I already knew, and that was the fact that deliveries yesterday were about an 85-95 minutes wait. That is not really an issue, as I understood most people near this Dairy Ashford location were probably ordering because (1) it was Friday and (2) some people probably were dealing with the after effects of the tornado, but to deliver me food I've paid for that I wouldn't even serve to a stray dog is unacceptable. Juan provided me a $20 credit to use only at his store. I'll just have to take and and I will probably ONLY order in person or over the phone, wings only, and I'll pick it up myself. Oh, and they don't use delivery drivers anymore; at least not their own and not on that day. They send your order through Doordash even if you order directly through the PH website. Not an issue, really, but the quaility of the food will remain at a 1/10.
