There's something off about this place. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Melt, got home and realized it was just cheese and bread. No chicken, no Buffalo, nothing else literally just bread and cheese. There was no one working the front so it took forever for someone to finally come up as well. So I go back to the store and they tell me they're completely out of chicken at the store and that it should have prompted that to me online before I checked out. And it did not whatsoever it just took my payment just fine and was it completely deceitful. I couldn't even get a refund, I brought the food back with my receipts and everything. I will say at least I was given a store credit but this place is trippin. It also smells like cigarettes like someone is back there smoking or something.

Unacceptable wait time, I waited 2 hours for my pizza to then call and be put on hold 3 times 30 minutes, I had to go personally to the store, defeating the whole purpose of delivery, while still paying the delivery fee, my order was canceled and I couldn't get my food, this is a unacceptable time wait, costumer service and service in general, I will now never shop again in this location, ever. if I could give this a 0 star I would, DO NOT BUY HERE

Do not give your business to this location. I was disrespected and demeaned by the manager Paul for no reason. Not only did he disrespect me, he told me that he doesn't have to listen to my concern or provide me with his managers contact information. After patiently waiting over an hour plus for one order of cheese bread, they arrived 40 minutes after the estimated delivery time. That's no biggie, I was understanding of the lateness of my delivery. Before I received the order I called the store for an update. I asked Paul if he could contact the driver and give me an ETA because I was concerned that my food may be cold when it arrived because it was late. He refused to do that. Still, I was calm, understanding, and patient. The food arrived cold (not even warm). I remained patient and calm when I contacted Paul. I told him that my food was cold. His response was "No it's not" please tell me how in the world could he argue with me about my food being cold when it's sitting right in front of me cold? The warmer bag that they put the food in apparently doesn't do a good job of keeping it warm. Instead of being professional and helping me, Mr. Paul decided to get irate, get me off, & tell me that he doesn't have to do anything to fix this problem. How in the world do businesses allow people like this to deal with the public? His tone was very scary. He repeated my address to me as if he was threatening me not to complain or else he may do something to me. This person is very shady , unprofessional, and overly aggressive. Do not order food from this place.

Pizza from Pizza Hut is called Pizza Hut pizza, not hut pizza. But I wanted hot pizza. So, I came inside to order it. After reading Alan's review, I sure don't want a cold pizza. It was the Super Bowl Sunday. The wait wasn't bad. But my party wanted some pizza. I was gonna order 2 medium 2 topping pizzas. But it came to about $34. Oh no, I said. A man sitting at the waiting area whispering, "get a supreme pizza." Uh no. These guests have a very particular taste. So, I ordered half pepperoni with sausage and half mushroom with bacon. (Mmm... Not Hawaiian). Wow, it fits perfectly to my pocketbook. This hot pizza costs only $14.06. That 20 minutes of wait was well worth for a hot pizza. Because it was Super Bowl, it only took me 5 minutes to get home. Boy, I have never tasted a pizza this HOT (temperature). Mushroom was plump and all meats tasted fresh. That's what Pizza Hut pizza I wanted to be.

My order took 20-30min and took almost 1 and 30 mins. Met the driver at the door and noticed the entire order was cold. When I looked at the pizza it was completely wrong. I rushed outside to stop the driver and was told that was the order despite the fact that I showed him my online order which clearly showed something different. I informed him my daughter didn't eat beef or pork which is what the pizza he delivered contained. He just looked at me and drove off. I called the store and they offered store credit or to send out another pizza. I decided not to chance the store credit and opted for the correct pizza to be sent out. About 15 min later a worker named Ashley called back and said she forgot to tell me that I need to return the wrong pizza. So I stated that they could come and get the entire order because I didn't understand why they wanted the other pizza back after it had been in my home and it's COVID. She told me it was store policy. Due to the fact that I waited so long and it arrived cold and incorrect and now you wanted a pizza back that the store was just gonna throw away, I felt completely put off from dealing with them any further. So I asked for the 1-800 number. Ashley did not like this and told me she didn't understand what the problem was and why I was making a big deal. After an exchange she hung up in my face. I called back and someone else answered and told me he was transferring me to the manager and the phone just hung up. So now I have to leave out to go get dinner.

Every Since Management Changed Things Have Taken A Turn For The Worse. I Ordered Wings & She Gave Them To Me With Absolutely "NO SAUCE" I Was Told The Sauce For Spicy Garlic Wings Were Extra :/ . Moving Forward My Family & I Ordered Pizza On The 6th Of September HandTossed As Well & It Was Delivered W THIN Crust... I Blew It Off Thinking It Was A Honest Mistake. I Ordered Again On The 14th & Yes, The Pizza Was Delivered Once AGAIN W Thin Crust. I Called Out Of Frustration To Complain(I HATE Thin Crust) & The Male Gentleman(Had A Foreign Accent) Apologized & Offered To Make It Right By Remaking The Order At A Later Date. He Then Took My Info & That Was That. Fast Forward To Today I Called In & Reordered The Same Order & Informed Them That I Was Promised A Make Right. Wellll The Manager Brian Claims The Gentleman No Longer Is Employed There & Then Asks "Well What Is It Tht You're Wanting Me To Do?" So Basically It's Pretty Much Fckk Me & Every Other Hard Working Person That Spends Money At This Poorly Ran Clown Function & Doesn't Get What We Pay For. I ordered my pizza at 11:30 I got a delivery eta of 11:55 the African guy with glasses shows up at 12:35 after I already fed my kids cause it was getting to late no to mention he was rude and he banged on my door woke them up and the trued to hurry up and leave was I finished signing my receipt and getting his cash he turned away and started walking as he noticed I was in shock about the sauce then I opened and smelled it it because I never receive sauce from Pizza Hut like this and it was like a sour home made something he had just gave me point is MY S*** WAS LATE AND MY PIZZA WAS COLD AND THE SAUCE THEY CHARGED ME FOR WAS THE SAUCE FROM PIZZA HUT IM CALLING FOR MY FREE S*** TOmorrow!!!

Friend of mine wanted to hang out and eat pizza. So as I left work I searched online for a place I could grab a pizza. The Pizza Hut was literally on my way home so as I drove home I ordered a pizza through the web and it was ready when I got there. It's been a few years since I ordered Pizza Hut and even longer since I've had stuffed crust so I was looking forward to this. By the time I got home, the pizza was already room temperature, which was kind of disappointing. I noticed that it wasn't cut all the way through and I had to cut it again. Ugh. Then, I was a little surprised at how thin the pizza itself was and that it was a little chewy. Hmm... Despite the texture, it tasted pretty good. I don't think I'm going to rush back and grab another pizza, but it wasn't bad. Also dinner for two for $13 is hard to beat. And there is still some left over for breakfast!

If I could give this location negative points I would. It's 900 ft away from the building I live in and YET somehow, my pizza arrived cold. The driver would NOT get out of his vehicle to bring me the pizza. Apparently they aren't allowed to enter the building, but, I don't see how that excuses the driver from getting OUT of the car! The so called manager, instead of apologizing to me for the poor service I received decided she would take the opportunity to defend the driver and tell me how he normally receives 5 star reviews. The most basic principle in customer service, is that the customer is always right! This is why people are ordering their pizzas from 3rd party services like Favor and DoorDash, because they actually resolve customer issues. They don't make excuses for piss poor service and low quality food. THEY FIX THE PROBLEM! Never again. I will never order from Pizza Hut ever, ever again!

Dont ever buy from this pizza hut. I got charged twice for an order i only placed once and they would not give me a refund. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Their customer service is downright awful, one of the worst interactions ive ever had. This place will never be getting my buisness. Go to another location.

My first time trying Pizza Hut and it will be my last. D.I.S.G.U.S.T.I.N.G! Soggy bread, cold, thick tasteless cheese, and overall awful in appearance and taste. I'd post a pic but my pizza is already sitting in the trash.
