Placed an order at 6:15pm said it should arrive by 6:45. Order didn’t arrive until 7:40pm when the food arrived I was missing three items. I was advised to call the store and let them know so they could have her deliver the missing items. By 9:15, still haven’t received the missing items called the store again and just wanted a refund, manager said I would have to wait until the order was delivered and refuse the order in order to get a refund. Now I’m sitting here almost 10:15 (4 hours after my order was placed) and still nothing. I’m just going to sleep. Lol

The absolute worse customer service Manager took my order wrong, no confirmation was texted or emailed about my order if I would of noticed it was wrong I would had instantly called back to fix this issue She then Blamed me for it. I re order my food for delivery, an hour later no pizza was delivered Called the store to pick up instead, On my way to the store I get a text stating someone is on their way w my pizza I called the store to speak to management And all she did was blamed the driver And then she continue to hung up on me
To top it off I get a call from the driver 20 mins later stating the address for delivery is at a Walgreens

Please don't call nor visit this location, it's very very bad! Staff and shift managers, they don't want to be there as well. I can't blame them, but staff if you don't liké the job. You can go find another job, or go back to school. Perhaps let someone who needs a job work there, since this place has very negative environment even if you call, very rude, aggressive, bad ethics to pray on customers. Please get out the way from people who who don't deserve this quality service. Pizza Hut HR Department please contact me.

I make an order at 2:30pm and it was supposed to came at 3:02 pm, when it was 3:02 pm then they said in the app that they were preparing it and it’s arrival would be at 3:36pm, right now it’s more than 5pm and that order never show up and they are just 6mins away. Don’t order from here.

I felt kind of bad for the manager. Her whole crew is a bunch of teens who back talked her for wanting her orders. Definitely would not return.

I submit an order at 3PM and is 4:59 pm I'm still waiting for my order How is this posible???? have been 20 min on the phone waiting for them to answer and my order It's not here
