I really enjoyed that when I went to pick up my pizza from there my pizza was just coming out the oven it was good and hot even when I made it home with it

Went in around 10pm and was asked if I was there to pick up. I said no, I wanted to place an order. The employee told me they weren’t taking orders anymore… it made no sense and came off rude and dismissive. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Friday the 27th I ordered online. I ordered a 3 topping pizza paid 2 dollars extra for bread and added half jalapeño. When I got there I was given a pepperoni hand tossed pizza. They were supposed to remake it, I was in a hurry and on the way to the hospital. When I got there with the pizza, it was a hand tossed and the toppings looked as if they were just added to the old pizza.

Very disappointed, I place a delivery order for my team. Manager who stated that can not release his name, was being rude. The order was placed at 12pm the system said pizza will be delivered around 12:3012:35pm at 12:42 to check for the status of the delivery, was told by a girl employee that the driver had just left. I called again at 1:04pm since the driver hadn't arrived. I was told he was lost and if I could go stand outside to wave him down, no sign of the driver. I called again at 1:23pm and that's when the manager got on the phone and said they are very busy and the driver was now in route. Driver never arrived.

The worst customer service the front clerks are extremely rude in person and over the phone. The manager doesn’t even care about the customer service that they give.
Do not order for delivery from this location their drivers are incompetent. I’ve never been so disappointed. My pizza never arrived. I called the location and they stated they couldn’t reimburse me. This is ridiculous.

I’m so disappointed! I thought I was going to enjoy a nice hot delicious pizza but instead I got a cold one! The delivery driver decided to drop it off at the wrong company that’s in the same parking lot even though they told him they didn’t know who I was. Instead of calling me to find out which building I was in, he just left it there and drove off. That doesn’t even make sense because this address is pinned to our building so anytime anyone in any of these buildings orders food it always comes here, then we direct them where to go. Because of the drivers lazy attitude I’m stuck choking down cold pizza!!! Pizza Hut, you have to do better at training or hiring your employees!!!
