Do not order for delivery from this location their drivers are incompetent. I’ve never been so disappointed. My pizza never arrived. I called the location and they stated they couldn’t reimburse me. This is ridiculous.

I’m so disappointed! I thought I was going to enjoy a nice hot delicious pizza but instead I got a cold one! The delivery driver decided to drop it off at the wrong company that’s in the same parking lot even though they told him they didn’t know who I was. Instead of calling me to find out which building I was in, he just left it there and drove off. That doesn’t even make sense because this address is pinned to our building so anytime anyone in any of these buildings orders food it always comes here, then we direct them where to go. Because of the drivers lazy attitude I’m stuck choking down cold pizza!!! Pizza Hut, you have to do better at training or hiring your employees!!!

I’ve ordered here over a year and the pizza is always GREAT! This particular time the pizza was completely wrong. I came for a chiccen and jalapeño pizza with cheese sticcs and boneless chiccen. I got there and was handed a meat lovers pizza with the rest of my order being what I asked for. I got home (already being around 10pm) and started to feed my family and notice the pizza was full of pork (in which we do not eat). Ok np just call and get another one delivered no harm no foul…… Well I call and the young lady answers the phone and admits her mistake (kudos), I then ask if they can have the pizza delivered she said no and I asked for her manager. The young man (emphasis on YOUNG) answered the phone and I explained the situation and asked him can this be rectified by him having a pizza delivered………. THIS DUDE TOLD ME “I CANT REALLY TELL YOU THAT I MEAN IM THE MANAGER BUT THE DELIVERY DRIVER BEEN HERE LONGER THAN ME SO IF HE SAY NO ITS NO”. “ I mean I can give you something free some chiccen or something you like chiccen right yea you like chiccen” in a very racist tone. I’m asking for his manger to reach out and her manager also. That’s was terrible customer service and poor management skills.

They were short-handed and had only one person, and it was a curbside pickup. The lady asked me to come in please cause she was alone; but the way she mad the pizza look was worth the inside trip and it was right at about a 10am or 11 am; plenty of mushrooms and black olives also it was a meat lovers .. I've also told other people about the spot, and I'm really the pizza type cause of the sauce, but it was light like I asked, unlike some of the other pizza huts. Oh, I'm speaking about the Pizza Hut on Little York and Hwy 59, sweet lady, wonderful atmosphere! Thank you!!
