Tavern pizza is not good. Dry, overcooked, no sauce and they didn’t cut the pizza. They forgot to make other part of my order. I’ll avoid this location moving forward I have had too many issues.

Consistency is what I look for. Bought pizza on 11/29 and 12/4 during different shifts and collected at the Pickup Window. Pizza was Hot and Ready exact on time and made consistently perfect every time. Toppings were added copiously and balanced throughout the pizza. It couldn't be made any better!!! I attached pics of each pizza from the different orders. As a plus.. I was always greeted with kindness and smiles at the Pickup Window. Thank You - Mr Paul

The young men that work the evening shift have terrible customer service. The guy at the window Arsha said he didn’t know any of the specials and closed the window on me I had to get off to order inside and look for the specials the other young man is cursing loud complaining when I rang the bell inside to order. He was also yelling cursing about customers at drive through orders and I saw him slam the drive through window and he was cursing loud. I honestly don’t even trust the pizza’s they are making. They need to change staff soon because with attitudes like that you can’t even get out of work and order a pizza at this place. It’s ridiculous they are treating customers like that and a shame. They need a reality check and a supervisor involved.
I was calling the store for me to place a order and they were hanging up the phone calls every time I was calling they make me wait 30 min in the line and the guy the took my order was rude

Arsha, was great and his customer service was even better!! Especially seeing that this place has been understaffed or on the brink of shutting down every time I have previously tried to come. I highly suggest to upper management to appreciate the workers you do have before this place closes for good. Thank you.

Delicious Italian Sausage and Bacon Pizza with extra cheese. I ordered, paid online, and went to pick up. The lady at the counter was super sweet and friendly. The photo speaks for itself. When I say extra cheese, this is what I mean. I will order again.

I ordered over the phone and was told that my delivery would be arriving in 35 min. I received my order close to 1 1/2. I called for the eta and was told by the answering service that my pizza was delivered or picked up and that wasn't true. The lady that answered my call and didn't inform me that she was attempting to contact the driver left me on hold for 15min so I hung up and called back. With a attitude she then told me what she was doing and the driver told her that he would be arriving in 10 more min. I told her I don't want cold food. So when 15 min goes by again and still no food I called back for a remake was told by a gentleman that they could remake it but I would have to pick it up. I'm like how and I payed for a delivery fee. I'm over it thumbs down grade F. I always order from here but after tonight never again 💯 pizza cold buffalo sauce hella spicy can't even eat the shit it was supposed to be mild... SMH
