Ok! So, this is far from PAN and EXTRA CHEESE. Pan is THICK & LOVELY. I need a replacement. The guy was sweet though.
The employee who took our phone order was polite and patient. We had ordered 5 large stuffed crust pizzas for our event.The delivery was made well with in the said time. The food looked and tasted great.

How is this Pizza Hut still open? I guess Pizza Hut doesn’t care. I messed around and went to this particular location without checking the reviews. We ordered a family meal and some pasta, the pasta was fine however the pizza was gooey under the toppings. I called the manager to see what could be done and she put me on hold, only to come and tell me that the cook said “It was cooked pretty well”. Are you serious Martha? I’m a customer telling you my pizza is raw and you go ask the cook? Needless to say, I’ll be in touch with corporate. We don’t typically eat Pizza Hut because Marco’s is so much better! Now I’m reminded as to why!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a large pizza, cheese sticks and 2 mountain dews. After an hour which was way longer than the scheduled delivery time the only thing delivered was the cheese sticks and nothing else. Tried calling the store over 10 times to be put on eternal hold until the call would disconnect. Wasted $51 and had to go get food somewhere else. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Would simply love to just get my money back but that would have to involve someone that cared. Stay away from this establishment.
