Haven’t been to this location in a while, anew manager has definitely brought this place up. Was helped by the nicest young man when I picked up my pie. ( Anthony was polite and knowledgeable, I never tip on carry out but did today because of his top notch customer service!) Will l definitely order again? ABSOLUTELY I WILL

This experience was very disappointing. When I called, my call was answered and then immediately disconnected. I called back, and the person who answered responded unprofessionally and hung up again. The interaction felt careless and unprofessional, giving the impression that customer service is not a priority.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to others, as it left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. While I understand it’s just pizza, the level of service still matters, and unfortunately, this experience fell well below expectations.
Basically not able to order Pizza Hut so I’m going to go to Marco Pizza 🍕 or Dominoes pizza. Good luck 🍀 with this Pizza Hut

Disappointed in this store. Couldn’t customize pizza online like we wanted and to top it off my order was incomplete. I let the driver know and he said to call store to let them know so they could have it ready for him to deliver again. Well that didn’t work. The girl who answered acted like she couldn’t hear me and hung up on me. Was put on hold and kept getting main office in Miami. Like are you serious?! So I ended up just getting on chat online. Didn’t get a refund but got sent a coupon for a free pizza. Still my kid ended up with no pizza. Ugh!

I come to this Pizza Hut often and I must say the service is always quick and the pizza is always fresh. There is an awkward smell but it must be a plumbing issue , but the staff and service is always on point. I love my neighborhood Pizza Hut !!!

The gentlemen over the phone misheard our order and when we got there we notified them of the problem , they took action immediately and replaced our order free of charge as well as letting us keep the old order will be back again 10/10

I guess when you go for a special day pizza this is what you get. Pizza Hut at its best. 4 crispy cups on a personal pan. Hahahaha what a joke!! Keep up the Amazing work!!
Ordered food and drinks via the app, no problem. Got the 2 medium pizza, 8 wings, and bread (cinnamon) combo. Received notification that DOOR DASH was delivering my order. Took almost 2 hours to get to us; food cold. Food (pizza) was also sloppily made, like they just threw the toppings on, sauce all over the crust, etc. Ordered a 2-liter of Diet Pepsi, regular Pepsi was sent. Called location to complain about the drink mess up - a lady answered and she told me that she was sole employee that was working that night. BY HERSELF. She had no drivers and she sounded very exasperated. She was polite, but sounded rushed. I had to drive to this location the following morning to exchange the 2-liter for the right one. VERY annoyed that this happened. Normally, the food is fine. Last night was unacceptable.
