So My dogs liked it but I thought it was cardboard. Asked for green peppers but was told no. So I said ok pepperoni and he said yes guess WHATBUT no! Made pizza in fancy places, delivered pizza to people you would not expect. Would consider this day old. Said 30 mins then 50 later I got a puck no pepperoni darn well now my story begins. Iv made pizza for 2 company's DO NOT! EVER CALL PIZZA IF U HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT IS! CALL ME IF U WANNA MAKE A REAL ONE BOZOS!

This location keep messing up on quote time and them not making orders. Second time that I arrive past the quoted time and they say they haven’t even started pizza. There is only one person working and don’t state pizza is not ready until after you pay. The first time they couldn’t give me a refund bc they didn’t know how. They called managers and the manager said he would give a refund next day and if I didn’t like it I could do whatever i wanted to do.

I used to like ordering here but now it's a waste of money I order yesterday for my bday the ultimate hut bundle and the bacon cheese sticks were burned at the end, the pepperoni lovers pizza was supposed to be hand tossed but it looked like a 7 eleven pizza, the super supreme pizza ( also hand tossed) was made thin crust and the onions weren't cooked all the way and the mushrooms were extremely spongey the boneless chicken was extremely drenched in BBQ sauce and the cinnamon sticks which were my bday free item was over cooked and not made how I remember them to be this store has lost its way the employees are lazy and need to stop making pizza into cheap pizza you buy at little Caesars this is a Pizza Hut so for almost $50 worth of food I expect great food not garbage pizza now I will buy store bought bake at home

I ordered I medium pepperoni pizza. Clearly the manager didn't hear me. When I received my pizza it was a small cheese. I decided to call back and she told me that I had ordered a medium cheese pizza with extra cheese which was not the case. The manger was very rude and she told me to eat it cause that's what I ordered. I am never buying Pizza Hut again and that's a loss because it use to be my favorite. They should really see how they treat their customers. If you're reading this DO NOT BUY PIZZA HUT AGAIN. Wish I had read the reviews before buying.

When the manger's away the employee just goof off, do their own thing, disregard customers' pizza actual orders and just do their own things to get orders out and they can close and enjoy fireworks and do their own things

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut location I have EVER dealt with. They seem to always run out of products that I wanted to purchase, not to mention half the time my orders were incorrect. Customer Service lacks professionalism. The crew there is extremely rude.
Upper level management needs to take over this location or shut it down completely.

This is usuallly my family go to Pizza Hut, there pizza is always fresh and tasty. But the young lady working in the front today was rude by saying “it is your fault” by only ordering cheese when I thought i selected pepperoni online. Being that i am pregnant it was my mistake but she did not need to say to face “it is your fault” instead she could have been helpful by adding pepperoni to pizza or let me purchase the pepperoni.
