We had an enjoyable lunch. I decided to try their new pizza in the menu while my boyfriend ordered a large cheese pizza with mushrooms. Everything was prepared fresh and was tasty. The service was good too. Will definitely visit this place again in the near future.

Wow I'm sitting in the drive thru line right now and the cashier at the window was so nice and hospitable. She was very polite and even said "my pleasure" and for Taco Bell that was a very pleasant surprise. You could tell she was glad to be working and gave great service!

I was highly satisfied due to the professional and upbeat personality of Shamika G who took my order and was the cashier. I have a long commute home and stopped in for some tacos I could eat on my way home. My drive home always puts me in a bit of bad mood. But Shamika's friendly and positive personality brightened up my day. She accurately took my order, offered me condiments and put napkins in my bag. You may ask why am I mentioning something that should be standard practices, but it is because so many restaurants don't offer that same customer experience. My food was hot and tasty. I have no complaints. Keep training your staff to be like Shamika. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I work at AT&T down the street and some days i am rushing to get my food. THIS Taco Bell has always gotten my food out on time and FAST!! The taco shells always taste fresh and new and they always put the right amounts of cheese and lettuce. I can tell that things are done right at this location!! I love the Mexican pizza and the shells also, always taste fresh. Thanks Taco Bell Westheimer!!!!!

Useless employees. they are too busy chatting with each other instead of wanting to help a customer. Four of them standing around talking but when two customers walked in the door and tried to order from the counter they were told to go order from the kiosk. And then didn't even offer to help them. They just walked off, back to their goofing around. Again, useless employees.

Never had any major complaints about this fast food chain. But today was pretty hilarious. 3 of us attempted to order - and all three of us struck out with our initial requests. After spending $24 on food that wasn't our original choice, we were then told that not only could we not get extra packets of fire or hot sauce (which again was our second choice) but that in fact only diablo is available - they are completely out of every other sauce. And no Baja blast... We expected the next answer to be "we are sorry but we are out of tortillas..."

I wish I could find the p*** emoji on my phone. It would best sum up my experience here. The guy that took our order had no answers for my lunch mate when she asked questions. When they called our number, it was in a sack, when we specifically said we would be dining in. I was expecting a tray. The food tastes like cardboard. The overall appearance was clean, but I had my doubts how clean it really was. The guy taking drive-thru orders was busy sitting with his girlfriend, mistress, or wife at a table eating while taking orders. Guess I can't blame him too much, she was cute. The drinks were good and the cost was little. Those are the only reason for so many stars. I hate to give poor reviews like this, but this place needs an overhaul.

Their pizza - wow! I normally don t like the crust too much but jeez this stuff is soo good. The crust is PERFECT and it s so crunchy! The cheese tastes very good and fresh.
