Placed an online order to pick up at 10:45 am. Order was not ready until 11:19 am. This ALWAYS happens at this location. I’ll NEVER be back. And then they have the gall to ask for a minimum 18% tip!

Nothing great to say. Pizza was not great. Wings even worse. Everything tasted very chemical. Doughy pizza with soggy toppings. Very little sauce. Extra cost for extras and the fact that the site wants you to tip 18 percent minimum for team members when you pick up only shows whats wrong with business here. You dont pay a living wage, so you want customers to do it for less than mediocre food and service. More dollars for local business now than ever. It had been years and I remember why now.

When you order pizza from here and ask for thin, and extra crispy, you get thick and doughy, just a heads up. Also the option of waiting on this review, I put no wait, as I had to sit in my car and wait. No dine in. Won’t be back.

The gentleman that was working there is top notch. He was kind, thoughtful and even remade a pizza that he thought didn’t look up to standard. Customer service like that is so rare to find. I love people being kind and thoughtful like this.

We order pizza hit semi frequently, maybe 5-10 a year and never have any issues. This time however, the pizza toppings were incorrect and the pizza itself was undercooked and raw, which was a first for me. Other parts of the order were incorrect and I had a missing sauce (when I arrived to pickup, I asked “is the sauce in the bag?” to which they replied, “yes”. Called the store to ask for a replacement pizza and instead of being connected to the store, my call went to some 3rd party company who transferred me twice and told me “they’ll look into it and call me back”. Never got a call back.
Guys working there were nice but no idea who is in charge or what their form of quality control is. I’ve never had such a wrong order from a Pizza Hut before, won’t be ordering again.

This is totally unacceptable pizza hard as a rock WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Horrible location the service is really bad don’t show up a couple of minutes late to pick up your order cause they will argue with u and say they called you 3 times when they called the wrong number and state their not liable for ur order being old. I was moving so showed up a lil late the matter of the fact is that the workers are rude and will argue with u take ur service else where trust me it’s not worth the hassle
The manager, James, is excellent. He really knows his business and has great customer service. I highly recommend this location near the Heights because of him. The pizza was so so at first, but he made it right. I will definitely go back because he handled everything very professionally.

July 12th ordered a pizza. Took over 45 minutes since order was originally placed and confirmed . I followed the drivers route and he went the other way. When he finally got here the pizza had been riding around HTX for 45 min. He stated the store had him wait on another pizza while they made it before he could leave w mine. it. Then delivered someone else’s fresh pizza first. I tried to call the store immediately as the pizza was cold. No answer. I tried calling later and for several days. No answer. On line chat never works. Corporate states someone will reach out in 3 days, that’s well over a month ago. After several attempts and way after after a month , the last email from corp is , someone will reach out in 3 days. Apparently, 3 days never comes . The original order was placed by a location 1 mile away for some reason I guess because they didn’t use door dash it got diverted to this HORRIBLE location .

The driest, COLDEST pizza I have ever had with almost no sauce... believe it or not there is so little oil on it that it NEEDS oil.
You used to be liberal with the oil and sauce. Now you cheap out on us.

Tried to place an online order during business hours (8pm on a Sunday night). The website kept glitching and charged my card, but the order did not go through. I called to see if there was something that could be done and there was no response after waiting for like 5 minutes on the line.
