July 12th ordered a pizza. Took over 45 minutes since order was originally placed and confirmed . I followed the drivers route and he went the other way. When he finally got here the pizza had been riding around HTX for 45 min. He stated the store had him wait on another pizza while they made it before he could leave w mine. it. Then delivered someone else’s fresh pizza first. I tried to call the store immediately as the pizza was cold. No answer. I tried calling later and for several days. No answer. On line chat never works. Corporate states someone will reach out in 3 days, that’s well over a month ago. After several attempts and way after after a month , the last email from corp is , someone will reach out in 3 days. Apparently, 3 days never comes . The original order was placed by a location 1 mile away for some reason I guess because they didn’t use door dash it got diverted to this HORRIBLE location .

The driest, COLDEST pizza I have ever had with almost no sauce... believe it or not there is so little oil on it that it NEEDS oil.
You used to be liberal with the oil and sauce. Now you cheap out on us.

Tried to place an online order during business hours (8pm on a Sunday night). The website kept glitching and charged my card, but the order did not go through. I called to see if there was something that could be done and there was no response after waiting for like 5 minutes on the line.

Employee jay was running the store alone quick and efficient ! Amazing service, there was a rude customer and he handled it great. From taking the orders online and walk ins , cooking , serving and food was great he honestly needs the recognition and made me give the 5-star review. Hoping this could get him more recognition within the company!

Delivered food through door dash and didn’t conceal the food at all. No sticker, no bag, nothing. Called the store and confirmed that they sent it like that. Very unsafe.

I was almost hit by your reckless delivery driver today in your packing lot. Hispanic male driving a red compact car. He drove in the wrong/ on coming traffic lane (I assume to go around me) and when I went to park at Demeris he almost hit me. I tried to call but the complaint line just rang and rang and then hung up on me. Nice! 11:45am 4/23/24

Exactly as all reviews have stated. They can't deliver food. I've been in the delivery world, nobody just doesn't deliver because they couldn't, plain lazy. Call it for what it is. Management could care less and makes sense with their track record.

Ordering online was easy as always. When I called to check on delivery as weather was terribly cold & rainy, Customer service rep who answered the store phone was friendly & knowledgeable & assured me that delivery would still be made in spite of weather . Delivery driver was prompt & kind. I appreciate the friendliness & positive attitude of the employees. It was a refreshing experience. Well done.

haven't picked up my order yet (still waiting), but inside the design is very cool & they have a screen right when you walk in to let you know when your carry-out order is ready -- very useful! corporate needs to staff this place more tho bc it looks like there's just one cook & one delivery person atm. if you order here it'll be a little slow on the ready time, but the guys here are doing their best. hope y'all get some more help soon.
