Worst experience ever. So I had one woman say 30 minute wait, then the other girl say an hour. After that. Some man was like “you should’ve paid online” and then when he got the order he was like “it’s just that simple” then I hear in Spanish “she should’ve ordered online it’s faster” Then other people are skipping me when it should have been a line. They chose other people and refused to order on my behalf. I will be reporting this not only to corporate but the BBB. This is horrible customer service, you knew on New Year’s Eve how busy it would be. But I get skipped? That is a very liable risk because she didn’t mention no wait times to anyone else but me. As an insurance agent I can say, companies have been sued for less but discrimination? Come on now.

Overall I had such an amazing experience at this Pizza Hut. The service was amazing all the employees were extremely helpful and caring. The pizza and wings I ordered were hot and fresh and the store was clean and wiped down. I think this is one of the best Pizza Hut locations I’ve been to. Thank you for such amazing service and getting my food to me in such a timely manner

This goes to the pizza hut owner at this location which only acknowledge the good reviews. Im very disappointed at what this pizza hut has become from recent years of visiting. I have always come to this location for my pizza and they even delivered it once to my house. Unfortunately, i was turn down when i tried to get my pizza delivered. They made me feel unwelcome like my buisness was not important to them. And i been ordering pizza for years at this branch. How did it get so bad. This is really bad management. I went to get a personal pizza it was cold and soggy the person in-charge did not acknowledge me when I arrived. This person was understaff and upset at doing multiple things. Come on pizza hut management hire more people. Why do customers have to suffer for your problems?

All I can say is, after taking a chance on stopping at this location and getting pizza because by the time we make it home the location wouldve been closed, the pizza is horrible, DRY, CRUSTY, I THOUGHT I WAS EATING A ALFREDO PIZZA, NO IT WAS RED SAUCE BUT BARELY ANY IN THE PIZZA, I've been coming to this location for about 8 years. I moved to another side of town and still try to come here. But today ended that. The pizza is horrible and dry. And I cant give my hard earn money to pizza any.ore

I really enjoy this Pizza Hut since it’s so close to where I live. I’m a regular and I’m always greeted with good customer service. Staff is quick and helpful. Delivery’s are always quick on the weekend and I love the ultimate tavern pizza. Great job guys I prefer this place 👍🏽

I went in because I had a giftcard the guy kept purposely making the mistake of pressing the wrong button to make it seem like it wasn’t working so I called the customer service line to ask what was going on because before that I had already checked the balance and the card had already been activated, when a man who walked in who looked like he could be my husband he magically found the right button and I was able to finally pay and leave, not to mention I’m pretty sure he did something gross to my food there was only on person there bu T there was no wait and I had pizza and wings 6minute wait

When my wife ordered food online for pickup, it was a horrible experience when she arrived. After entering the establishment, which rings a bell throughout the restaurant when entering, no one came to the front to assist. She initially waited 5min as She could her people in the back talking or someone talking on the phone…my wife asked “hello” (3x) in which no one still came out the back for another 5min, not at least “yes, I’ll be with you shortly” or anything. The lady came finally came to the front and said “ I heard you, are you placing an order or here for pickup”. In which order was already ready. It’s a million places people can spend their $ but customers expect at least Decent to great customer service and good food because people are the sole reason why in which your businesses thrives. So in return of your employees should be taught better customer service skills even when not having a good day.
