Short version: Bad customer service from Manager Alyssa and burnt pizza. Long version: Ordered a large supreme pizza for curbside and waited over the time allotted For my pizza to come out to my vehicle. I even called the number that they instructed all of the curbside customers to call and the number gave me a message of being disconnected. Even tried calling it again and gave me the same message. When I went inside having to Ignore my own curbside delivery, delivery, preferences, The manager( Alyssa) Told me to hold on while she finished a conversation with her coworker Containing multiple explicits include “b*tch”. After telling her that my order was not carry out but curbside she may know attempt to rectify it or even apologize for the misunderstanding. She indeed told me that the phone worked just fine for her so that there wasn’t a problem. Upon leaving, I checked my pizza and noticed that About 70% of the toppings were burnt. I have since called Customer Service, but Warning to future customers: GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!

Pizzas really good and hot, however I had one issue with the amount of people allowed inside. The sign said two but there were four Hispanic people inside. So I thought oh well maybe they're letting everyone in but when I tried to go in the Hispanic manager made me get out. Really?

Bad customer service, it took them an 1 hour to give me my food, they were just playing around.

Very disappointing when this order was received. I don't understand how they are okey sending a order out for delivery looking like this. Manager was apologetic and fixed a new order the following day. It was greatly appreciated but Management needs to get a bit stricter on employees that slack off and give the store bad reviews.

Beware of this pizza hut. They have no delivery drivers of their own and a no refund policy. When your order is wrong and takes three hours to get to you, you just have to deal with it. They don't care and they don't even pretend to care. I was patient and nice and they answer with attitude and make no effort to accommodate you. You have to make sure you eat before you order because it won't get there until the next meal time and will likely be wrong. I will definitely never order from this place again.
