I ordered 6 pizzas online (for my class as a reward) to be delivered to my school by 12 noon. My order was incorrect (I ordered 3 pepperoni and 3 sausage), and TWO of the pizzas were very burnt and had very little cheese on them. One was over cooked but not as burnt as the others, and the rest were fine except the fact that they had very little cheese as well and they sent only ONE pepperoni, 2 cheese and 3 sausage. They said they’d send over 2 to replace the very burnt ones, but that was over an hour ago and still nothing. I. AM. LIVID. Never again.

Do not order from this location.The last three times we’ve ordered here something has gone wrong and the workers do not care. They use door dash to deliver the food and they either never have all the food or take exceptionally long to deliver the pizza. I’ve even seen some very questionable age appropriate folks working in the back that did not seem legal.

I pick up my food because I like it hot. I picked up my order. At home I realized it was wrong. I returned to the store and they wanted me to hangout while they remade the order. I asked for a refund instead because I couldn’t stay. The manager could only offer store credit because she did not know how to refund my credit card. I was sent back home with the wrong order. Everything was freezing cold. Not edible. We threw them away. Wasted time, money, and food. We won’t be back, even with this store credit. Do not order Pizza Hut. Go to a private pizza restaurant where they value their patrons.

Usually when we order online and pickup, service and timing is great! But when we order online for delivery, it takes over an hour and a half for them to get to our place even if the app says something different. The drivers are always nice though.

Simply THE best Pizza Hut pizza I have ever eaten. I ordered a supreme....omg...the ingredients were fresh, plentiful and every modification I asked for was executed with perfection - down to the extra marinara sauce. The pizza was cooked perfectly and wasn't overcooked (which is something I always dread since that often seems to be the case for Pizza Hut pizzas) and the pizza was hot and fresh. Heather made my pizza and when I tell you this was hands-down the best pizza I have ever eaten from Pizza Hut, no lie. Honestly, it was one of the best pizzas I've eaten, period. Thank you, Heather, for such great customer service and such a delicious pizza.
