Wish i could rate it 0 stars. As a fast food worker, i understand how stressful being understaffed can be. However, it is not an excuse for poor quality and customer service, communication and respect goes a long way. When at the counter, you are not acknowledged by any of the workers, and some are too busy listening to music on their airpods WHILE working front end. Not to mention the wait times, and employees in the back not wearing gloves (should have walked out when seeing this i know). This location is horrible in all departments. Now, the food itself was horrible, with some parts not even being cooked. Was also missing my cinnamon sticks. Definitely do not come here, there’s so many good places around here to be wasting time and money on this excuse of a restaurant.

I placed an order on 8/15 for a curbside and the lady who took the order over the phone was amazing and very accommodating. I made sure to tip her for her service as I really didn’t want to get out the car for 8 boneless wings. Anyways today 8/18 at 3:55 ,I decided I wanted wings again and decided to call the store to do another curbside order. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude. He said they didn’t offer curbside since the pandemic, totally understandable. But I had explained I had done it before days before, he responded very rudely that he was the only one there and he wasn’t going to do that for me. So now I will be driving the extra miles to the location on Bellfort- where the customer service is better. I’m a server at a restaurant and I probably wouldn’t have a job if I spoke to a customer the same way.

We called in the pick up order and asked about specials and / or pizza/wing deals and was not offered the best of the deals available...Once we arrived in person there was manager specials posted that actually saved my family 20$ & the Young gentleman did an awesome job assisting with the specials and changing our order to accommodate our needs 👍🏽👍🏽

My order was wrong and I went back and they fixed it with No hesitation and attended to my needs The Quality of Work here is Magnificent Thank you For You're Service 💖
All staff members were on their phones and couldn't complete the three tickets they had. After waiting 20 minutes for my online order to be done the manager on duty asked if I would like to wait 15 more minutes because they just realized there were no bread sticks made. After the wait we went thought are order and asked for the sauce that came with the pizzas. The manager on duty throw the sauce at us. The order was raw still and wrong staff members were more concerned on cooking their own food. After confronting the manager about the sauce and her staff members she cussed me out and told me to leave the store this place is very organized and unprofessional.

I ordered delivery and order a stuffed crust pepperoni with 12 pc traditional buffalo medium my pizza was a hand tossed so i called the pizza hut and a young man (kevin) answered, he was the best,he helped me out and he offer to remake the pizza for me 😁😁
