Anytime I come here, there's a girl with dark hair and glasses that greets me:) she be knowing my order by heart! (I was hesitant to try Pizza Hut again after so many bad experiences from the locations on the north side of Houston) but thankfully, they get my orders right Every time! Thankful for my new regular location 🙏 keep it up

was greeted/serviced by a very nice young lady..waited a few minutes for my order which felt like an eternity because of how extremely hot this place is. felt like i was literally sitting next to the oven! dont understand how the a/c is still not functioning properly after i’ve been here 3 times this past month. very inhumane for the lovely workers

I had a great experience at Pizza Hut—the food was fresh, tasty, and came out quickly. The service was friendly and efficient, and the staff seemed to be doing their best under tough conditions. Jackie, the manager, was especially helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us. She’s clearly a strong leader and cares a lot about both the customers and her team. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the heat inside the restaurant was pretty intense. You could tell the employees were really struggling to stay cool, and that’s a serious concern. Management needs to get the AC fixed soon before someone ends up having a medical emergency.

It’s currently 10:27 and employees are inside the store, yet the doors are closed and they communicate with customers through sign language from behind the door!

Posted working hours state that the store is open, I already have an online order that should have been ready 10 minutes ago, yet employees are not granting customers store access!

What is going on with this place?

Always Pizza Hut with the worst employees in the world!

Never again will I buy or recommend Pizza Hut to anyone! This is just ridiculous!

I work across the street from this location and it was a welcomed change from my normal and repetitive orders at LA Crawfish. There are a limited variety of places that we can eat at, so I looked forward to my almost weekly order of pizza and boneless wings. On 2/6/25, I placed my usual order online and was given a time frame of 25 minutes for pickup. When I went to pickup my order, it was not hot and I asked the young lady behind the counter how long it had been ready. She told me that it was ready about 10 minutes before. When I went back to my office to eat, the pizza was luke warm and 2 of the boneless wings were tough. I throw the majority of the food away and requested a refund from the site. This is not the 1st time that I wasn't completely satisfied with my order, but this time the food I was so disgusted that I had to reach out. I have reached out 4 times for someone from Pizza Hut to respond to me about my refund and I have yet to receive a phone call back. It was only $9.73, but it was my money and I placed an order in good fate and did not receive what I ordered. This location is a joke and it this continues, there business will not be around for long. If you do not want the business, then don't open up to the public. If the young lady with the black hair and glasses does not like her job, did she should quit. My last 4 interactions with her have been horrible. To make matters worse, my account has been locked for security reasons. I guess I have complained too many times. Pizza Hut, you definitely need to do better.
