I recently ordered from this Pizza Hut location expecting a great experience. The person who handed me my food dropped it on the ground as soon as I opened the door. The pizza fell all over the ground and he proceeded to GRAB IT WITH HIS HANDS AND PUT IT BACK IN THE BOX. I tell him I just saw what he did and if they could get me a new pizza or if they needed me to go up there so they can make me a fresh one, I wish I could say he was being understanding but NOOO! This man starts to argue with me! Yelling in my face saying it wasn’t even a big deal and that I’m being dramatic, like…? what??? Honestly this place disgust me. witnessing this man grabbing my food and acting like it was normal was crazy! I absolutely hate this place and that delivery man. I hope no one orders from this nasty place!!!

I ordered pizza for me and my kids. Once I got it, it was very over cooked and instead of the 16 piece wing I only got 8. I was very disappointed in the quality of the product. And because it was already late the kids were irritated and was ready to eat,so they had to eat the over cooked, somewhat burned pizza. And to share 8 wings with 5 kids. Very disappointed.

I recently placed an order with Pizza Hut and it was a complete disaster. My order arrived missing a crucial item - the 2-liter Pepsi bottle that I had paid for. When I called their customer service number (713-621-344) to address the issue, things only got worse.The representative I spoke with seemed understanding at first, but then abruptly hung up on me in the middle of our conversation without resolving the problem. This kind of unprofessional behavior is simply unacceptable.I am deeply disappointed in Pizza Hut's lack of accountability and customer service. As a loyal customer, I expected much better treatment. To add insult to injury, I haven't received any refund or an apology for the inconvenience caused.I regret having to write this review, but I feel it's necessary to warn others about my terrible experience. I used to enjoy Pizza Hut's food, but this incident has made me reconsider whether I should ever order from them again.I hope Pizza Hut takes customer complaints more seriously and improves their service so that others don't have to endure such a frustrating experience. Until then, I cannot recommend Pizza Hut to anyone.

so I ordered a large pan supreme pizza. I was expecting some issues with it because every other Pizza Hut either does not do the pan crust or some other issues, but to my surprise this location had it exactly right, it was a large pan supreme, with large slices, it even had a large amount of toppings just like how I remember them having, my breadsticks were also great. I had an order of wings and the wings were full size wings and delicious!!!! I was presently surprised!!!! whenever I order in the future, it will only be from this location, for the first time in a long time I had some real Pizza Hut Pizza and it was delicious, hot and fresh!!!!

After an hour and a half, it still hadn’t arrived, with the tracker adding 20 minutes every 20 minutes that I’d check.I’d call in and just get the runaround, or hung up on. I finally got a human being on the line, who said she would look into it and call the driver (there was no contact info for me to do so myself), and the driver showed up while she had me on hold, never returning.Great news: they got the drinks wrong too! Done with this place
Definitely got got (no typo).Price was almoat double what you would pay on doordash - not sure how it makes sense.The food is what it is. Pizza Hut. But that pricing difference hit home.$5.15 vs $8.49

Had a late night craving and wanted to get out of the house.Looked up Pizza Hut for the personal pan pizza on Doordash but to avoid all the delivery fees, decided to take a drive and go directly to the store - I figure, cut out third-party, go direct. Food was what it was - it's Pizza Hut, not the healthiest option, so no surprises.Inside - it was a typical pizza hut... really, just pick up and go. Most of the location is dedicated to the kitchen - no qualms there. The wait time was estimated about 10minutes; probably was a little less, which was also great. The complaint and three stars is the price. On Doordash= $5.15At Pizza Hut = $8.54 (incl. tax)I checked again after placing my order (tho it was too late) and still only $5 on Doordash.

Ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza and got a one topping pepperoni pizza instead. I had the same issue with this location a few years ago. Pizza arrived hot and on-time, though. Annoying since it's a standard menu item.
