If I could put a zero star I would. I ordered food supposed to be here at 12:40, almost 2 hours later I call say hey what's up? They say I never came to the door. He waited for me to come out outside. I NEVER got a call from him. I asked the manager Adam can you bring it back, he said he would have to charge me again. I asked where did my charge go for the original order? He said oh I had to cancel it. I asked for a confirmation that he canceled it and he said he doesn't have it. Which it's still showing that charge to my account. Absolutely horrible service! I work in retail so I know we get crazy busy and things happen but this was just ridiculous. His only defense was he didn't know what suite it was. I told him I work in one building. Also I put on the directions to come inside and ask for Brandy. Do not go to Pizza Hut!! It is not worth the hassle!!

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza from them and it came out so disgusting. Not only from the look but the taste as well. Whoever made my pizza did not care and the driver was rude. My order was $18 and I still tipped $7 for this disaster. Look at all that sauce and not enough cheese or pepperoni!
