I tried to order food and the person that answered doesn’t speak English. Bad for business. Not every customer speaks Spanish, so disappointing

I understand it's a Latin pizza chain, but no one that answers the phone can speak enough English to take your order properly. I was told tonight that I can't order a pizza half and half, that they have made for me before. When I asked why, she hung up on me. I would just order it online but the system doesn't let you do it either. Food is great, but I won't be coming back here since I can't communicate with them and they will just hang up on me.

My order was wrong. Ordered thin crust mushroom but got regular mushroom. Also got the wrong dip for my bread sticks. They fixed dip when i noticed. Didn't notice the wrong pizza until i got home.
Update: Ordered again and got the wrong pizza AGAIN! Requested a refund since I didn't want it. Employee said he couldn't because he didn't have the code and told me to come the next day to get a refund... I'm not wasting my time driving back there to fix their mistake. Told him to give me a free soda since he wouldn't refund me for the wrong order.

Terrible service took long for me to get attended to and they never started making my pizza even though I ordered 50 minutes earlier

Ok I'm upset. We love this place ordered like 5 times since we moved locally and it's always been great. Tonight there was 3 women working and it was awful. The pizza was thin and burned, it was cut into basically small squares but not even cut all the way through. The lady was rude when collecting. If this had been the first experience we would never have gone back. I will try again but I'll be checking who is working before I order.

Pizza Patrón always hits the spot when I’m craving something quick and tasty. The pizza’s flavorful, the crust has a nice crunch, and I love that they have unique options like chorizo and spicy jalapeños. Way better than your basic chain pizza.

Service is usually fast and chill, and prices are super reasonable—perfect for when you don’t wanna spend a lot but still want something good. Only thing is they’re sometimes out of certain drinks, but no big deal.

Overall, it’s a solid go-to. Grab it for a movie night, game day, or just when you’re too lazy to cook.

Never had this happen to me before until yesterday. I ordered wings last night they were still uncooked I woke up with food poisoning this morning.

Doesn't mention it's closed online and it still processed and took my money.

I ordered from DoorDash but my pizzas were still hot upon arrival!! Tasted amazing, never have to worry about me purchasing Dominos, Pizza Hut or any of the other popular pizza chains with terrible customer service. I ordered pepperoni for both, one with thick garlic butter crust and the other with maiz crust garlic butter as well and WOW is all I can say. A hit with our family. I believe we have found our new pizza spot.

The pizza is very good but there is a lady working who actually treats the customers very badly. I saw how several times she hung up the phone when they called and when they placed the orders she was very arrogant. I wanted a half and half pizza and she didn't want to make it and she said no. I could even though I was going to pay for it

In this place they are not giving the pizza the real size, they are cutting it and they are stealing it from people. Next time I will put the photo and explain in more detail what they are doing. They are thieves, be careful and check before taking the pizza from this place…
