I love going to PJ’s Coffee in Spring Branch! The coffee is excellent, the beignets are heavenly, and the breakfast sandwiches are great. The staff is amazing! They are courteous, welcoming, and professional even when they have a crowd of customers.

Accidentally ordered a hot latte through doordash when I meant for it to be iced. I understand that was my fault , however my husband went back to try to correct it and even if that's against the policy- there's a better way of communicating with your customers and not tell someone "your wife made the mistake it - not us, i can't be changing it"
From My customer service experience, I think I'd apologize for the inconvenience and explain it better .
I love the coffee there but first time someone was so rude.

I remember when this location stood for familiar faces and consistent friendly business. Something has changed. The woman at the register gossiped on other customers origins, and as a father of a child that gets made fun of for her Latina background, it struck a chord with me. DONT bother looking up my card info, I’m the one that walked out with purchasing anything.

2nd day in a row coming here today....I fell in love with the southern butter pecan latte. We also had the most delicious biscuit breakfast sandwiches and yummy delicious melt in your mouth beignet bites. So glad we finally ventured out to try a new coffee shop in our neighborhood
This coffee shop, in my opinion, is not in the best of locations but I feel it could be a great addition to bringing up the community.
Parking is limited because the coffee shop is located in a small strip center next to a taqueria and a few doors down from a furniture store. I was able to find a closer spot after waiting for someone to leave.
I ordered the club sandwich and a classic lemonade. The ciabatta bread was a little tougher than what I'm used to but as a whole, it had a good flavor. The lemonade could have been sweeter. It wasn't as they say "diabetes in a glass" but it was more on the tart side.
When I walked in, it had a cozy ambiance. There were comfy sofas and chairs in addition to the regular table tops, a couple of games on the table and a quiet corner nook.
I went around 11:15 and expected there to be more of a crowd but it was only 2 other patrons there. It wasn't long after standing at the counter that my order was taken and I got my food.

People that work there are always so nice !! Every time I go a different person treats me so well! the frozen coffee is strong and really good ! My favorite the velvet ice chai w espresso shot and oat milk ! And the Beignets are soooooo good and fresh made right after you order them
