Easily one of the worst restaurants to order from on Uber Eats. Pluckers never gets the order right — items are always missing, and their customer service is an absolute joke. They act like it’s your fault, offer no help, and clearly don’t care about their customers. The South Park Meadows location is hands down the worst of them all — completely careless, unorganized, and consistently disappointing.

I came to Pluckers to celebrate my birthday, enjoy wings, and watch the Chiefs game. The app showed no wait, which felt suspicious since there’s always a wait. Sure enough, when we got to the Round Rock location, it was slammed and ended up being a 20–30 minute wait. If the online waitlist had actually been available, we would’ve joined ahead of time instead of wasting time standing around.
Still, I was willing to wait because I’ve always loved Pluckers. But then came the biggest disappointment—they weren’t even showing the Chiefs game. We had called beforehand and were told it would be on. Yet when I looked around and didn’t see it, I asked and was told, “Oh no, we’re not playing that.” A sports bar not showing one of the biggest games of the night? That makes no sense.
What should have been a fun birthday celebration turned into frustration and disappointment. Pluckers has always been my go-to spot for wings and sports, but after being misled and let down like this, I’m not so sure anymore.

This Pluckers seems fairly new but somehow, they got the memo from the other Pluckers about service. Which is, ignore your customers until they are so hangry from waiting on a table, then proceed to leave them sitting at the table wondering if the table doesn't have a waitstaff assigned to it. That's what happened to us last night as well as at other Pluckers. After being on the wait list for close to an hour, we sat at our table for 15 minutes with no one coming to greet us or get drink orders. At this point, I feel like the one place you have a better chance of not being ignored is at the bar.
We got wings (always on point) and waffle fries (cold) and honestly, the food is really the only thing that keeps us coming back. But man, if they could figure out their service part, this place would be amazing.
