Ordered online Tuesday 8/19/25, I ordered a habachi bowl from the app, the app showed bowls with meat or shrimp, it stated your choice on the app, as I go to pickup my order no meat, so I tell the waitress who tells the cook that I don’t have meat on my order just rice and veggies, the cook who by the way is not using any type of gloves what so ever, and the waitress tells me I have to pay extra for the meat, when the app clearly shows meat and says your choice of meat, I asked can you just put some steak on my order, the waitress and cook says no it’s extra, so I say I want a refund the waitress says well I have to call a manager on the phone who is not even at the bar and grill, as of today Thursday I am still on my refund, houston we have a problem, 2 of my coworkers had hair in their food,, poor customer service and poor food and safety , Houston health dept you need to make a visit to Plush bar and grill, asap
