0 star Scam scam rude customer service….. I eat just just two bite and done still hungry the portion too small for 7.99$ for veggie lo mein They did serve me the side portion, I used to receive this as side noodles with the beef and broccoli meal Plus I complain to them they didn’t even say sorry !
Not eating here anymore ! No customer service, the cashiers are rude!

Shouldn’t be too big of a surprise, but I took a chance and discovered for myself just how mid this place is. I had a coffee slush with boba and the tapioca balls were either too mushy or too hard, depending on the sip I took. The poke was very mediocre and I had to get double protein just to get a decent amount. They were out of certain sauces, which they only told me after making the bowl. Hate to leave a bad review in this economy, but the ratings will improve if they step up their game.

I've coming in the store for past 3 years. And I really didn't appreciate my last visit, I did went to get some food for me and my family at 6pm and your employee wich I can describe as asian , black hair and glasses behind the sushi counter , and told me they were closed. On Google it said they closed at 8, I really was very upset. Because it looks like I was being discriminated , I really didn't expected that reaccion from him . Honestly not worth the way back to this place.

Went to Poke fresh on Sunday at 7pm, I asked the new Asian guy with glasses behind the sushi counter “are you open to serve, he said “we are closed”… they obviously close the restaurant at 8pm. I found out when I got home. Of course he serves the Asian couple who are sat, and enjoy their meal. You made me look dumb standing there, and making me believe you’re closed…. “Stephanie” will be upset once she finds out about this. Horrible!

For being a poke place inside the Galleria, I have to say I was pretty impressed with Poke Fresh. Service was friendly, portions are generous and the food is definitely fresh. Quick access from the Red Garage Level 2.

The popcorn chicken was not what I expected at all and tasted so bad
I don’t know I choose to believe this place, my friends were telling me the sushi are good, why I got this noodle and it named spicy oiled noodle , but the noodles were just literally cooked from boiled water ??? Not even fried no oiled or something else ? And two tiny slices of veggies for $10 , With your basic spicy sauce on the top of it you mean that makes it to be oiled ?? and the taste of it is bad, I had to recook it when I back home. No Ancient Asian recipe, Ppl don’t ever try

The Boba took extremely long time to get we ordered chicken strips. It was a lot of batter and very little chicken. They experience of this restaurant. It looks dirty to me and my opinion, and I will be seeing this place a lot less in the future. This is one of the worst places to eat inside the gallery mall in my opinion I would not eat here if it was the last place on earth

I ordered ahead online, which was a very easy process, and my order was ready within the promised time frame.
The food and drinks were delicious, and the slush drinks were served in a cute panda cup. Their boba was cooked to perfection and not served old and too gummy.
*The only reason for the 4-star rating is because the tables and chairs needed cleaning.*
Parking: Low clearance parking garage.
Kid-friendliness: Child friendly seating without a play area.
Wheelchair accessibility: Someone in a wheelchair could comfortably order at the counter and then eat at the tables just outside of the restaurant.
