Only received part of my order.

I placed an order for two poke bowls and a drink. Only one bowl was included when the food arrived. The receipt showed that I was charged for both bowls, so one was clearly missing from the order.

There was no effective way to correct this issue or follow up. The order was sealed, and the second item was simply not there. Mistakes happen, but there needs to be a way to take responsibility when they do.

Won’t be ordering again unless there’s a clear process for resolving errors like this.

Very disappointed with my recent experience at Poke In in Meyerland. I arrived with over 10 minutes left before their posted closing time, but was told they were already closed and couldn’t make me a drink. When I asked why, I was told it’s their policy to stop serving customers 15 minutes before closing.

If that’s the case, the posted hours should reflect it — or at the very least, the policy should be clearly communicated. It’s frustrating to be turned away while the store is still supposed to be open. Poor customer service, and I won’t be coming back unless this is addressed.

The poke was okay but it seemed almost everything I tried to put in my bowl was an extra charge, including an ASTOUNDINGLY high $1.50 up charge for a small scoop of tomago. Service was decent but the person taking my order seemed like they were daydreaming while doing it.

A Must-Try Boba Experience at Poke Inn

I recently had the pleasure of trying the boba at Poke Inn, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The boba tea was a perfect blend of robust, freshly brewed tea balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. The tapioca pearls were delightfully chewy, adding a fun texture that perfectly complemented the drink’s smooth finish.

What really stood out was the attention to quality—from the rich flavor profile to the inviting presentation. The modern yet cozy ambiance of Poke Inn made the experience even more enjoyable, creating a welcoming space for a relaxing break. Whether you’re a long-time boba enthusiast or just looking to try something new, I highly recommend a visit to Poke Inn for an unforgettable treat.

The strawberry sparkling water tastes amazing. It's a great option for those who aren't big fans of tea.

I drove by this place for a year because it’s in an annoying strip mall, but boy was it worth it. Fish and produce were very fresh. White rice was too mushy, brown rice was fine. All of the toppings were great. Thai tea had true tea flavor. I will ask for extra sauce over my vegetables next time. Can’t wait for my next bowl!

The new owners are bringing this place down. I had been a regular customer since they had first opened. I would walk in and she knew my order right way without me saying anything. Prices have been raised and quality has plummeted. The last time i was in there were gnats just flying around the food and the worker acted like nothing was going on.

I used to come here quite frequently for over 4 years. I used to have the card they gave with the stamp 10, get 1 free. It used to have great portions, and the food always tasted amazing. The owners knew my mom (she doesn’t order anything just used to go with me and she’d pick up my orders lol). I left for school and came back and this is not the same place anymore.

I called today to ask to place an order like I’ve always done, and they no longer do that. Weird cause I did it not even 3 weeks ago but ok. Then when we get there and order inside, they were rationing the toppings and upcharging for imitation crab meat. Really? I took my sister here cause she was in town and this was my go to and felt embarrassed because I said they always load it up (they didn’t). The bowl didn’t even taste like it used to either and this is the second time I’ve been let down by the “new” Poke Inn. Not sure if they got a change in management, cause it’s always someone different at the counter. Used to be my favorite poke place, but I’ll probably stop coming. Very mid now.

Food is bomb but the workers made me and my fiancé uncomfortable when asking questions such as what are the sizes and what comes in the bowl since it was our first time here. The lady said to the worker, “you talk to them” whenever my fiancé asked about the sizes.

The portions are super rationed or small. 6 pieces of salmon? Cmon. I had to keep asking for more to get more green onion or topping and she seemed annoyed doing so. We looked at the drink menu and they said “those are for next week”…so why is the menu up? For $35 we got 1 med & 1 large bowl with 1water/1soda. Overall, the food was good and place is clean. Overpriced for what we got and hospitality is awkward. Would we come back again? No.

They got new owners and the price increased which I understand for some things but it just doesn’t feel the same. The old owners made you want to come back because it was a favorite for everyone in the area. There’s a whole Facebook group also complaining about the prices it’s sad. Hope they realize if they make it more about money they will lose customers
