I had a takeout, and this was how much was in the container. I was disappointed. I expected to be stuffed to the brim, consistent with other Pokeworks. Besides this, the food was delicious. In terms of ambience, I once found a homeless hanging out in the front and workers didn’t do anything. It made many guests felt uncomfortable. I urge management of this location to provide more training to employees for consistent experience.

Used to be a go-to lunch option for us but service and portions have been going downhill. The staff used to be very welcoming, communicative, and quick but now there is a lot of waiting and inconsistency around portions and quality.

Servers super slow even if you order ahead of time. I had to wait 40 min after my pick up time requested. Probably will try another location for better experience.

This location is slipping so bad. I have been coming here regularly for at least 2 years. Took 30 minutes to get my 2 bowls and 2 spam musubi I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time. Multiple tables came in after me, got their food, sat down, ate, and left while I waited for my preordered food. I finally watched a girl package my order without the musubi (I watched her give the last like 10 out to people who came in after me) and staple my bag. Then when I asked her if the musubi was in the bag she said “uh yeah?”, to which I opened it and it was not in fact in there. I then talked to the manager, because I was just lied to straight to my face, who claimed they gave me 2 free cookies in replacement (they have a special right now for free cookies, how is that an acceptable alternative?) because they didn’t want me to wait for them to fry up some spam (i’ve already waited an hour, what’s another 5 minutes). The manager also mumbled about 10 different excuses why I couldn’t get a refund after I asked for one. I also watched a different male server precede to make multiple faces (glares, sneers, rolled eyes) at customers picking up their order, does this location hire children??? This all comes after I got food poisoning from here a few weeks ago. Absolutely will never be coming back.

Update: I read through reviews and it seems like the owner responds to most of them. This is not the first poor review about the horrible service, I’m not sure why nothing has changed. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry, this many strikes never would have been acceptable.

2nd Update: It’s the day after and low and behold I got food poisoning again.

3rd Update: Glad to see they can respond to other reviews and ignore this one

Try a sample of the sauces if you don’t know what to get!
The staff is very friendly and competent. Clean & tidy serving line. I’m a super-regular customer at Pokeworks—their service and consistency is the reason I keep coming back.
Big thanks to RT, Brittney, Dominik, Calev & the entire crew for making my DNA 30% poke.

I used this location many times but lately everything is degraded. Today it was imperative to write this review because l would like people to be aware that the employees are hired from the street and without any training. The HYGENE is totally MISSING. One of the employees put the hands in the rice warmer with the same gloves he was cleaning and the girl that was preparing my food had her red long hair inside my rice bowl all the time. After that some of the food fell out of the bowl and she grabbed and put it back on it. The tables were dirty and the trash cans full. The potions are smaller and smaller and the quality poorer and poorer every time. All this for $27.00. Horrible experience. I will never go back anymore.

It was my first time trying poke and I was not disappointed. Daija gave me a thorough run-down of the menu, and RT was super awesome and helpful as well. I ended up getting the #2 salmon bowl and it was so yummy! Next time I will try the tuna :)

RT and Dominik!!!!!! I will definitely be back. Had an amazing FIRST TIME VISIT!!! Thank you both (plus Mr. Spicy Ahi Tuna) all 3 of you made me feel comfortable and took the time to make sure I knew all of my choices(cooked or uncooked)including tasting different meats and sauces. Homerun for the experience, service and food. I have found my newest addiction. See yall soon. THANK YOU!!!!!

I ordered a bowl on uber eats- the bowl came half full with barely any of the toppings I ordered. Like 1 piece of ginger, 1 edamame bean, the rice was either not cooked or severely overcooked that it was crunchy and made the entire bowl inedible. Really really disappointed. I called and they offered to remake my bowl but I ordered it on delivery bc I work full time and can’t get away from the desk. A voucher or something would have been nice

They start closing way before it says online. Please adjust your open/closing time if that is not the actual time you open/close
